Fantastic food and nice atmosphere.

In this french inspired cafe you will get the feeling of being somewhere else than the busling city of Århus. It was a very nice experience - almost like beeing on holiday - and for me it is one of the best cafes in downtown.

I especially recommend the homemade lemonade "citronade" which is spiced with cardamom and star anis. I also recommend the sandwich with duck. It is close to be one of the best sandwiches I have had in my life. For that alone I will come again.

The only downsize is the long wait for the food. I waited almost an half hour which is long for a sandwich. But the taste was so good and the service nice so I will be coming again. I highly recommend this cafe if you are looking for a cozy cafe with great...

We ordered the 2 course menu, was under the impression that we could order anything from the menu as the waiter did not say anything and he made no comments when we ordered our dishes although we specifically asked for the 2 course menu for 335kr.

We had to pay full price for all items. When we asked about it after reviewing the bill the waiter just said that we had to select from certain items. There was no clear indication from the wait staff that it had to be from a certain menu, overall disappointing service. Nothing offered besides apology.

The food was bland and the steak was very fatty.

Very disappointed, as we had higher expectations after reading other reviews.

This review is for the brunch only ! The room where the brunch is served is charming, with a lovely classic French atmosphere.

However we found it a bit strange that reservations weren’t available before 12 PM, since upon our arrival only one table was occupied.

Unfortunately, the food itself didn’t quite meet our expectations. The selection was very limited, and all the bread and pancakes were served cold. This may have been due to the fact that there were only two tables dining at the time, but it still impacted the experience.
