Royal Shawarma Bar — Restaurant in Aarhus Municipality

I visited this store last Friday 3rd May, I ordered 2 kebabs. There was not so many people at that time. While I was waiting for my order, there was another customer coming and he placed the same order and guest what, they just served him first, right in front of me. I feel I was mistreated and being discriminated, this kind of thing should not happen in Denmark. I think Royal Shawarma should move back where they come from and learn the customer service before they are doing the business in 21st century.

Of course this is my last time visit their store. Thumbs down and 1 start for me.

20/05/2019 This is of course NOT fake but a legitimate profile, only fake and cheap customer services from Royal Shawarma Bar. I was there and you knew it! If I were you, I just shut up and learn to improve your cheap customer service than coming here and reply...

We went here with my sister and her daughter - after we ordered they asked us to go outside in -6 degrees because of some apparent corona rules. There were no signs saying we could not eat inside and they did not tell us beforehand. Normally I wouldn't mind, but they made my 5 year old niece sit outside in the freezing cold to eat while two members of their staff stood inside eating without masks on at the exact same time.

regardless of 'rules' - it doesn't look very good to have staff eat inside in front of customers while sending children out in minus degrees.

The child could even have stayed inside.. they could have a sign on the door, which I told them - but maybe this will get to the owner.

There's ''rules'', and there's being kind to people and using common sense.. ( especially when it comes to 5 year old children) - not...

I wish the Shawarma itself was better, because there was such good service, great friendly staff, and really good quality food that was fresh! However….. the beef shawarma itself was just very bland. :/ Maybe they got busy and forgot to season with salt in the marinade that day? Maybe their shawarma just has a different origin and is prepared differently than the shawarma I am used to getting in Copenhagen, where the competition is fierce. For the staff here, I would highly recommend swinging by No. 1 Shawarma Grill House on Frederiksberggade 36 on Strøget in Copenhagen next time you’re in town; they know how to do it and as your place has such great potential I could see you having great success with a...
