Didn’t even manage to eat here cause we were not serve. Not sure is it the way we dress as everyone else is in suits and tie or do we just look asian. We waited at the door for a good 2min and no one approached us until we walked in and ask, then were asked to wait by the door and they will get us a table. We can see they are short handed with staff but when we arrived there was 3 tables that were waiting for their food and 1 table was waiting to order, so we thought is ok as it shouldn’t be long. As menu was given to us, we waited for a whole 10min for the staff to take our orders and at that time more and more people are walking in and seated. Finally we saw the waiter walking over towards us but unfortunately didn’t stop at our table to take our order but instead taking order from the table near us which came later than us. At that point we were angry but we gave another chance. Then it happened again where the waitress now taking other table orders not far from ours instead of ours. We decided that these people might think our money is small cause we are not in suit and ties. Is such a disappointment to be treated this way, so we walked out and even though both staff saw us leaving no came and ask why or apologize. We had high hopes for Home of Carlsberg, as it boasts an inviting atmosphere and an impressive selection of craft brews. The decor is charming, the ambiance is vibrant, and the menu looks absolutely delightful on paper. However, all of that quickly faded once I encountered the service.

The staff, while undoubtedly efficient, unfortunately seemed to lack the very essence of hospitality. What should have been a warm, welcoming experience turned into an awkward and uncomfortable visit. I was met with curt responses and an attitude that felt more like a scolding than customer service. Rather than creating an enjoyable experience, their behavior bordered on condescending.

It’s truly a shame, because there is great potential here—the food and drinks could easily make this place a local gem. But the unfriendly and cold demeanor of the staff cast a shadow over what could have been an otherwise fantastic evening. Until they reconsider how they treat their patrons, I can’t imagine recommending this spot to anyone seeking a pleasant...

Went with a party of 17 people for set menus of food and drinks.

Food was very bland, tartar for starters is a very strange choice, chicken for mains was tasteless and looked uncooked for some guests. Drink taste menu was not good. Service was almost non-existent.

Cool place, but bland experience for a very high price.

However, at the end of the night, we were charged for 18 people because that was our original booking, despite our telling them would be only 17 when we came. They didn‘t serve the 18th dinner or drinks menu but insisted on charging us for it. When we asked them to rectify our bill, we were met with terrible rudeness and incredible inflexibility. So that was that. I hope they can use our free money to improve either their food or their service.
