Let’s start with the pros:

The food is actually worth 3/5 and that’s coming from an indian.

However the cons outweigh the pros:

The service here is atrocious. I arrived on a Monday at 5pm when the restaurant had just opened after having failed being served on the two nights before.

I placed an order for my food and beverages only to have to wait a whole hour for the food to arrive even though the restaurant was empty.

I had eaten through the food yet the waiters didn’t bother to check how I was doing and so my plates sat on my table for a while.

When they did come and check on me I asked for a dessert menu. After waiting 30 minutes with no dessert menu in sight I decided to ask again when another waiter came to tend to me. I told him that I want a chai and that I will look through the menu to decide upon a dessert, and he said no problem so I expected the order for the chai to have been made. 30 minutes later he returns to ask what I would like for dessert and only then places the order for the chai, I was quite frustrated at this point considering the restaurant was hardly busy.

45 minutes later I notice the same waiter tending to tables and providing mood lighting yet he didn’t bother to come check on my table nor provide mood lighting. After approx 15 minutes my chai then arrives and I ask for the bill as I’m tired of waiting on the terrible service. The bill arrived promptly, if only the service for food and beverages was as prompt.

To top it off, as a tourist I have no means of ordering taxis and the location of this restaurant is quite remote. I asked the same waiter to order me a taxi and he assured me it’ll be arriving in 5 minutes. 30 minutes later and no taxi had arrived and the weather was miserable.

If you enjoy going to upmarket establishments where the food AND service is exemplary, then do not go here as you will be waiting a lifetime.

All in all I wouldn’t be recommending this place, I’m sure there are better places that CPH...

This restaurant was recommended to me a lot and I finally got to visit this place together with my husband for a night out. After seeing many nice pictures of beautiful meals and desserts on google reviews I was extremely excited, however, was disappointed and for the price I would have rather eaten somewhere else or better at home! This is my experience: Prawns nice for the main dish, though nothing WOW. The vegetables could be more variable, but most of it was onion, then bell peppers and that is basically it. My husband has tried lamb and he enjoyed it. Garlic naan bread was tasty and perhaps was the best thing I ate that night. The worst was dessert. Beside the fact that my tea was served in a cup with a brown ring from a previous tea serving, the mango rise dessert was meh. It was not blended all that well together and there was a big chunk of sticky rice ball in the bottom of the serving plate. It was nothing special. I was looking forward to trying something sweet so much, but in the end got very disappointed. I just keep wondering what are those nice beautiful desserts in those google review pictures as there were only simple 3 options in the menu during our visit: mango rice pure, brownie and another one that I do not remember. The service was nice and attentive, however, once the restaurant got a little bit more full and there was a big group of people that came in, we did not get attention and both of the waitresses were jumping around that big table. The girl ended up simply walking passed by our table and asking “are you done?”, followed by a thumbs up. Kind of friendly, but not for the restaurant...

Absolutely disgusting customer service! I would like to give -10 without trying food simply because of your manager who is NOT welcoming guests! But asking them to go away from empty restaurant!

Dear owner, if you want more people to come and make this place a special place, hire a normal manager to provide outstanding customer service! Current lady whom we met is a disaster!

We were invited to visit this place by our friends. We booked the table and really wanted to experience it, because our friends are regular customers (no more after last time).

Our booking was on 11-02 at 17-00. When we arrived at 17-25 the place was empty (only 2 people were in the corner), the manager was extremely rude and misbehaved 😕

First she said, we are late and she already cancelled our booking. We asked why we didn’t get any message or email or phone call, she didn’t respond. Then we said is it possible to arrange something, she said “NO!!! Your booking is from 17 until 18-10!” When we asked how is it possible to have booking for table for 1 hour 10 mins for 8 people and where it is written she didn’t respond again and just continue to repeat the same, that WE SHOULD LEAVE!

For any question she just argued and never apologized for any inconvenience and never even tried to arrange anything at all! 0 solutions. And she even didn’t try to be nice( always angry and rude.

Honestly, I’ve never experienced anything like this in any country in any place! Absolute joke…where did you find her from?
