The pizzas were nice but the price of the water... They're apparently not "allowed" to serve tap water - eventhough it is perfectly safe to drink in Denmark. Instead we could buy a big glass bottle of "filtered" water. I've owned a bottle like this and they are incredibly cheap to buy in bulk. No way they are importing this water or does anything else significant to it to justify the price tag (40dkk for a bottle of 'filtered' water). Im gonna take a wild guess that it's simply tap water that they are filtering - which is not necessary for tap water in Denmark. Absolutely ridiculous. Perfectly fine that you want to charge for water. That's not unusual. But 40dkk? Seriously? For filtered tap water (again, not needed) in a cheaply bought reusable glass bottle. Maybe if we could keep the glass bottle that would justify the price. But there is no way it needs to be that expensive to serve water. Honestly put a huge damper on the experience of...
Read moreRestaurant design is very nice, although couldnât say the same about service and food. Food was ok although it was really really saucy which made the pizza dough soggy. Better eating it with a spoon and knife couldnât lift pizza slice. Service was very poor waiters were not really welcoming and when we sat down at table we asked for some water and it was brought to our table and was basically slammed on table. There was a guy sitting on a laptop which I believe was a manager or restaurant owner which kept staring at us eating which also made us feel very uncomfortable eating. There was only 2 customers eating including us but there was no need in staring at us eating our meal. On holiday, we just tried and wonât be back rest of our stay and honestly price isnât to bad but I rather pay a little extra and get better food and better service else where...
Read moreMy group of friends and I wanted to try the place for quite a while, so we went there with the hope to eat some good pizzas and wrap it all up with some Tiramisu.
Unfortunately, the appeal of this place is now done and dusted. We ordered 4 pizzas, some drinks and Tiramisu. Drinks came out fairly fast, but after having to wait 45+ minutes for the food, we had to go ask the staff for a status update. 10 minutes after that, only half the order arrived. We had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the final 2 pizzas to arrive.
Given the amount of time we had to wait, we just asked the staff to bring out the Tiramisus as well, just to be told that they had none.
The food was decent, but there was nothing to write home about. It's definitely not worth the long wait, horrendous service, and fairly high prices
Definitely can't...
