Sushi Factory Amager — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

The food was fantastic - but still not more than a three star experience! Everything we ordered was super tasty and elegantly arranged. But:

Only problem is the fact that this place is not as clean as you want a sushi place to be. Glases already placed on the table stuck to the surface. Not sure why?! Main problem however are the restrooms. Walls, flooring and sanitary facilities were not clean, and this was clearly something that has build up over a period of time. I hope this is not a reflection of what the kitchen looks like… this became even more a problem when we had to change diaper on the little one, as the there were no facilities for assisting on that.

Unfortunately the cleanliness of a sushi place is just very important and this place...

It's okay for the price. I've eaten their all you can eat once and ordered a New Year's menu once. When i went to get the new year's, over 50 done orders was out waiting on the tables - which got me kinda nervous as i work with biology. The sushi was good both times especially the salmon, but the tuna inside rolls was quite disappointing and very grey. The nigiri tuna was a better in color and much better in taste, but we were still a bit disappointed in the tuna. Tuna sushi usually our family's favorite kind, but not when we got it for new years - i remember it was much better when we ate all you can eat; so maybe it was cause of the new year's rush, but that does not compensate for subpar quality. All in all i would recommend you try it...

The sushi was okay, but not amazing - simply fresh and decent, but nothing that really stood out. On top of that, their system broke down during the evening, and we think we ended up getting more than we actually ordered (some items twice). Since we couldn’t be sure whether it was a system error or our own mistake, we didn’t dare to question it, but it was disappointing to pay extra for food we couldn’t finish.
