Amazing little restaurant with an amazing service and very cozy atmosphere. We ordered fried rice, fried spring rolls and a curry with rice and an extra fried egg. Everything was above average from the taste in comparison to what I am used to. The portions were big which was exactly what we needed. The waitress was very friendly and the food was served very fast but was still very fresh. We were definitely amazed and would go here again everytime when we are back in town sometime.

The only reason for 4/5 atmosphere is that it is too small for such a great place... WooWok is a lovely place conveniently located in Sydhavn and offers great authentic dishes for an affordable price. Staff is super friendly and the food is great with good portion sizes. For those who don't like spicy there is always an option to go for no chili added, for those who DO love spice, there are plenty of options

Absolutely worth to eat there. We ordered a few starters and some mains- all of them were very tasty and well seasoned. It´s a good menu mix of fresh cooked dishes like salad soup and rice dishes. You can dine- in but better need to make a reservation first, as the space is quite limited.

De fleste bruger parfume. Nogle få bruger alt for meget parfume. Og så er der dem, der har så meget parfume på deres hænder, at de overfører det på alt hvad de rører ved. Da jeg træder ind i min lejlighed opdager jeg med det samme, at min WooWok pose lugter kraftig af parfume. Også plastikbakkerne med maden. Og mine hænder lugter derfor også af parfume. Jeg ved af erfaring at efter at havde vasket dem tre gange, vil mine hænder stadig lugte svagt af parfume i to dage. Parfumen trænger lynhurtigt ind i huden, og forsvinder først helt efter to dage. Uanset om man sælger håndklæder i Jysk, madvarer i Brugsen eller arbejder i restaurationsbranchen, så er parfume på hænderne et stort NO GO! (Success is in the Detail)

Men nok om det. Jeg havde bestilt TOM KHA suppe, og kyllingen var tør og smagløs. Derefter KAENG PHED, hvor oksekødet var meget sejt at tykke, og risene var ikke kogt ordentligt (eller også var de gamle og genopvarmet?). TOM KHA suppen markeret med 1 chili, og KAENG PHED med 2 chili, men jeg kunne knapt nok smage eller mærke chilien.

Beklager de hårde ord om end jeg har forsøgt at blødgøre dem.

PS, jeg havde også bestilt spisepinde, men de var ingen steder at finde i...
