Service - 10/10 Absolutely fantastic! We arrived without a reservation, and despite the restaurant being quite busy, they quickly and kindly managed to find us a table. Throughout the meal, we were served by 3-4 different staff members, all of whom were incredibly proactive, friendly, and always had a smile on their faces. Everyone spoke excellent English and showed great attention to detail, making our experience even better!

Hot Wings - 9.6/10 Delicious! The wings were meaty, and the sauce was packed with flavor. Great portion size and excellent value for money!

Burgers - 9.0/10 The burgers were of fantastic quality, with fresh ingredients that elevated the overall flavor. All the add-ons were generous and well-balanced, creating a perfect combination of textures and tastes. We also requested some customizations to our burgers, and they were incredibly accommodating with the changes!

Fries - 6.4/10 The fries were the only aspect that we felt could be improved. They weren’t bad, but they lacked a bit of seasoning or a more distinctive flavor. Perhaps trying a different seasoning blend or fry-cut style would enhance them. That said, since there were multiple types of fries available, it’s possible we just chose the wrong ones...

Popular omni burger chain with a customisable burger concept and a clearly labelled menu. Berlin Burger is the vegan option, with toppings including tomato salsa, onion jam, vegan cheddar sliced cheese, grilled bell pepper, and vegan mayonnaise. There were 2 housemade whole-food plant-based patties available, and surprisingly they gave a discount to encourage customers for going green with a vegan patty! I personally preferred the hearty beetroot patty comprising beetroot, black beans, apple, horseradish, and rice flour - more 'meaty' mouthfeel and earthy savoury flavour. The sweet potato patty was also nice, comprising fried shredded sweet potato, carrot, bell pepper, and pumpkin seeds - kinda like a naturally sweet rosti! I love Halifax and the concept ! This Halifax offers high quality burgers (or salads) in a nice and relaxing atmosphere. The food is great, the staff is always nice and smiling and I could eat here more often, if the price wasn't so high. However, I am sure that to get this good quality in food and service the price is right, and I would not dodge it, because I would rather keep the good quality and they visit a few times less, than having them to compromise on the food. This is not a place that is wheel friendly, but they might manage to get you a fit if you want to. I can recommend going on normal weekdays in the hours after 19 as there are fewer people...
