Oil splash noodles with braised beef - probably one of the most well-balanced bowls of noodles I've had. Perfect ratio of noodles to vegetables to meat. Noodles sauce was right ratio of vinegary and oily (not too oily, but sweet fragrant scallion oil came through) which paired beautifully with the fivespice fragrant beef gravy. Not overly spicy but dry chili added another layer when mixed in. Beef was perfectly velveted, tender but not slippery, lean cuts. Vegetables fresh and are julienned finely so they are easy to eat with the long noodles in a single bite. Noodles perfectly cooked, springy with great bite that feels substantial when eating them.

The noodles was also good, a little oil-ish but expected as the name already says it. I also tried the Lager beer and I was surprised on how...
