***EDIT: Lowering my original review by 2 stars. Either management changed or they are cutting costs, but this does not feel like a 5 star hotel anymore. For $576/night (yes it's July shouldn't matter). They removed the free first round mini bar which was a shame. The room stinks almost of paint or chemicals, the rooms should have a nice scent since the amenities are good quality. Still no varied sizing in towels. Super weak AC, I know Europe hates AC but the world is heating up, at least provide fans. The restaurant changed its menu to the most generic meals, how do pasta ala vodka or greek salad match the Bali theme at a restaurant called Chapung? The girl working front desk was very passive aggressive when we asked about checking in early.*** I used to live in Copenhagen and when I return I typically stay with friends, but this time I wanted to relax a bit and I am so happy I chose this hotel. First off I was surprised at how big the hotel room was, I did book the petite suite since the business room was sold out, but it still looked quite tight in the photos. Upon arrival you have 4 free sodas and two bags of chips (and 2 beers if you drink). Everyday they put chocolates on your pillows. In the rooms you get really nice quality slippers, robes, and a bunch of amenities. I love that they have body lotion and body oil in the rooms, every product smelled amazing. The beds were so comfortable, but may be too soft for some people. The pool was actually quite warm (I'd say a tad too warm) but very nice, I loved the sauna and free body scrub you can use, there is also a steam room and cold shower. The free breakfast was very nice, wide variety of products, fresh bread and juices, 3 different type of eggs, bunch of veggies, and you can also ask for speciality coffees from a machine. I also ate at the restaurant which was very good! The hotel does have a little shop, I ended up buying the beach bags they provided in the rooms. There are some areas of improvement to make this a totally awesome stay: They need to provide different towel sizes, there is only one large size or two tiny sizes, which can be a bit annoying to dry hair or hands. The sauna is in back of the outdoor patio area, and unfortunately smoking is allowed there so you have to sometimes walk through smoke to get to the sauna. The sauna area should also have more room for belongings. Besides that I really enjoyed my stay, I paid about $290/night with free breakfast which I think was fine given how central the hotel is and how much it provides.

We stayed at the hotel in the summer 2024. We got impressed with the beautiful pictures of the pool and the presentation of the hotel as “the most Instagrammable” in Copenhagen and greatly regretted it. The pool is beautiful, but despite the fact that they position themselves as an eco-hotel and try to use everything natural, the pool was filled with chlorine, the water was not clean, long hair and durt was floating around. The floor in the pool is not clean, especially under the bar counter and full of dry leaves and dust. We were also surprised by the proximity of the 5G antenna right next to the tables at the roof bar. The reception is a dark corridor with a wrinkled sofa and a tiny counter. The main entrance is very poor and badly maintained. We were “lucky” to get a room in the basement, although we booked directly with the hotel 5 months in advance!!! When we asked to change, at first they declained due to unavailability, but after our persistence they found a room of a smaller size and a lower category overlooking the highway, where it would be impossible to sleep due to the noise, but for the same price, so we declined. To get to the room you had to go through a labyrinth of black industrial smelly corridors. Our room had a view of the rooftops, with the smell of diesel in the room, which probably is used to heat the pool, since the pool is on the second level, and the mechanical room under the pool is below, on the first floor. What we didn’t like most of all was the low quality of finishing works and cheap materials used. The design and renovation are made very poorly: interior doors are made of plywood, the tiles are laid very badly, the bathrooms are so small that it is difficult for even one person to turn around, they are equipped with cheap plumbing fixtures. Cheap and low quality furniture. General feeling of dirt and untidiness accompanied  us all the times during the stay in this hotel. Don't trust photos from advertising and social networks. We paid about 500 euro per night, which was extremely overpriced for such a low quality hotel! For an unbiased assessment, I would like to note that the mattresses were comfortable and the breakfast was good. But good breakfast and mattress you find with much better price. Very dissapointed.

Manon Les Suites is an oasis of luxury and eco-friendly charm nestled in the heart of Copenhagen. My first-time visit to this enchanting city was made even more extraordinary by my stay at this remarkable hotel. From the moment I stepped into Manon Les Suites, I was welcomed with open arms and enveloped in a warm and inviting atmosphere. The lobby, adorned with lush greenery and contemporary design, set the tone for a truly unique experience. What truly stands out at Manon Les Suites is their unwavering commitment to sustainability. Every facet of this hotel embodies an eco-conscious ethos, from the tranquil Bali-style pool to the rejuvenating private saunas. It’s a haven for those who appreciate both luxury and environmental responsibility. The rooms are a harmonious blend of elegance and comfort. Even though my room didn’t offer scenic views of Copenhagen, it was modern and thoughtfully designed, with a pleasing mixture of wood accents. The eco-friendly toiletries and linens showcased the hotel’s dedication to responsible hospitality. One of the highlights of my stay was the hearty breakfast, a culinary journey through local flavors and international cuisine. Fresh, seasonal produce was the star of the show, and it was a delightful way to start my day of exploration. Manon Les Suites’ location is ideal for discovering Copenhagen. It’s just a stone’s throw away from iconic landmarks, verdant parks, and gourmet food markets. Tivoli Gardens, a must-visit attraction, is a mere 10-minute walk from the hotel, as are other treasures like the Round Tower. Yet, what truly makes this hotel exceptional is its attentive and friendly staff. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. Manon Les Suites is more than a hotel; it’s an experience. It’s proof that luxury and sustainability can coexist seamlessly. If you’re seeking a place that indulges your senses while caring for our planet, this is the destination. I eagerly anticipate my return to this eco-paradise. Thank you, Manon Les Suites, for an unforgettable stay! Linda

All in all, this place is amazing and definitely worth trying for a couple of nights. The interior and design, the large gym, the heated pool and the sauna/steam room area make this place really unique. However, there are many minor details that make the experience a bit less exclusive, most importantly a sub-par service. PROS: The design of the rooms and the hotel overall is just amazing, you really feel like you are in Morocco. The indoor heated pool is the gem of the whole place and hundreds of plants on all floors and around the pool make this area an oasis. The gym is VERY large and well-equipped and has a boxing ring in it - we have not tried this area, but looked like an experience on its own. The sauna and steam room are great. You have to go to the top floor, go to an outdoor terrace first, so they are outdoor (so prepare for some chilly moments when you are going during the wintertime). They provide towels, slippers and eco body scrubs for free, which makes the experience exclusive. The design of the rooms is well-done. Nice colors, nice furniture, nice lighting, nice materials. It really feels like they spared no expense on these things. We ordered some desserts via room service. They were excellent and quickly delivered! CONS: We travelled as 2 couples and booked the family suite. Our understanding was that there would be 2 bedrooms in the suite and there will be a place to hang out for all of us. Upon entering it became clear that this was not a suite at all, but in fact two separate rooms: you enter a door to a small 1 sqm area from which two locked doors lead to two separate standard rooms. We felt a bit cheated, as the suite cost more that 2 standard rooms, and end of the day we still had to basically just pick one of the standard rooms to hang out. Annoying! The receptionist was not very professional - during check-out she accused us that we smoked in our room, which we definitely did not do (we did smell some smoke in the hallway when we checked in though). When I clarified that all of us are non-smokers she sort of did not believe me and gave me the eye - it was weird! We arrived 40 mins before the check-in time (3 pm). We asked the receptionist if we could check-in, but we could not. Then we asked if we could use the pool area and that was also not allowed. For a 5-star hotel, we would have expected more flexibility - why for example not let us use the pool for those 40 mins?? The pool area is nice, but different compared to the videos they post on social media. Less lounge beds to lay down on, and no bartender to make drinks next to the pool. It was a lost opportunity for us and the hotel in my opinion that there was a bar with some ingredients on top but totally unmanned. This makes their PR marketing video misleading. The bathroom was full of very nice eco products, but it was a bit unclear whether these things are there to use or there to buy. E.g. obviously the soap and lotion are there to use, but there are toothbrushes and natural deodorants which we did not know whether we have to pay for or not (hint: you have to pay for EVERYTHING). There was no soap in the shower - they forgot to fill it in before our arrival. The bath-robes had some holes on it and were a bit old and used. When you exit the elevator there are some weird changes in the floor level. Only a couple of centimeters, but enough so you trip. Breakfast is not included (perhaps it should be...

Highly recommend this Eco Friendly hotel when you visit Copenhagen. I travel solely this time and truly enjoyed my time here in this hotel! It's certainly great for friends and couple for a getaway!

All front desk team are super helpful from the moment I made my reservation and throughout my stay! Particularly to Sophia, she's simply a great asset to this hotel. Never too much of trouble for her, arranged all my taxi for me and giving out tips.

I stayed in room 204 which is on the 2nd floor where the jungle pool is, the team kindly put me in this room as I was concerning about the noise level after reading a few Google reviews after I made my reservation! I must say there was simply no noise issue whatsoever during my 3 nights stay here. I checked in on Saturday and the atmosphere was amazing in the pool area, certainly the music was a lot louder but it did not disturb me in any way while staying in my room.

The room was facilitated with anything you could think of but more than what you would expected from a hotel. I really feel like being home! Minbar, fridge, safe located as soon as you walk in. Recycle plastics water bottle for guest to fill up tap water and take it on the go if you are out about for a tour in town.

Separate living room with leather sofa and cushions, TV and Marshall branded speaker. Body length mirror in the living room as well.

My bedroom was very spacious with windows facing the residential area(super quiet), the bed and pillows are comfortable. Extra cushions for the bed. There is also a TV located at the end of the bedroom. I am not someone actually watching television but it would be super useful for anyone likes it.

Indoor slipper, bathrobes, hair dryer, and a separate wooden storage are all included in the room. I found the wooden storage is super handy to keep my luggage inside so it's out of the way for myself and the housekeeper. Storage shelves for shoes, and open hanging shelve for clothes.

Bathroom is well equipped with everything, I meant literally anything you could think of. Liquid hand soap, hand lotion, body lotion, body oil, body wash, shampoo, hair conditioner and cucumber aromatic mist as toilet freshener! You will find all other amenities in the separate drawers, Bamboo toothbrushes, razers, cotton pad, comb and chewing tabs if anyone forgetting their toothpaste.

All the lighting features are very thoughtful throughout the entire room. This is my first time staying in a Eco Friendly hotel and I would definitely be back for another time or chose one of their other properties run by the group.

Room service closes fairly early on Sunday just before 9pm, and the staffs at the jungle bar are all very friendly. Drinks can be expensive but they were all very tasty. I tried a couple cocktails and ordered a bottle of red. The pool is 1.4m in depth and heated the whole time. It's never too crowded there and I managed to did 10 laps on one occasion when I was alone in the entire pool.

The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was included in my package and the food was simply devine! Excellent selection of fresh organic products and the highlight to me was well prepared boiled eggs! They cook them in perfection!

Thank you for this wonderful stay and I would definitely be back in due course! Friends and families who saw my social media stores have already thinking to plan...

Overall not worth the price.

First, the good:

Nice pool and sauna. Nice open-air rooftop. Comfortable bed. Good atmosphere in the main hall, both day and night. The personnel was friendly. Vegetarian breakfast was expensive but good.

The bad:

There were no parking spaces available at all, and nearby public parking is super expensive. We had to look up how the parking zone system in Copenhagen works ourselves, the personnel didn't mention it when I called them to ask about parking. Instead they simply referred us to the expensive parking house close by. Breakfast is not included either, in spite of the high room cost.

There was a weird smell and dreary design in the elevator/staircase/corridors (beside the main hall) leading to the rooms. These spaces were also quite cramped. Our room wasn't connected to the main hall so we didn't get to enjoy it much.

As noted by another user, the shower doesn't have a door/cover and so the water gets all over the place and there's no shower mat for some reason.

There were two wine glasses and a bottle of wine left on the table of each room (we had three), separate from other room goodies. There was no note or anything, every one of us got the impression the wine was made to look like it came with the room. Wisely, we checked the brochure by the other goodies and realised this was not the case. We dodged the bullet, but it still seemed like a cheap trick.

The personnel couldn't help me find a cheap supermarket nearby, even though we saw one very close as we were walking the day after (instead, they referred me to a tourist trap with a very limited expensive selection).

The hotel seems to be organic and eco-friendly in name/image only. There were animal trophies hung on the walls of the staircase. There were two TV sets in each bedroom. The specially branded "organic" toothbrushes came in little plastic bags with text that emphasised how organic they were. I imagine the irony is lost on the hotel manager. The main hall was nice but also seemed like something that would require a lot of heating/maintenance, especially in winter. I haven't looked into what their organic certificate is based on, but I get the feeling it's not very strict. Overall, I got the impression that they want to seem hip and modern, not actually be environmentally friendly because that requires too much effort.

Lastly, their home page is very cluttered and hard to navigate, it also has very limited info. The emphasis again seems to be on appearances.

We had a pleasant stay, but the hotel wasn't worth the...
