Børnemuseet — Local services in Frederiksberg Municipality

Very rare for me to rare 5 stars! However, the biggest reason is the 2 staff members (one with a short blonde hair & another young lady) who were EXTREMELY helpful, super like to kids & just so engaging & positive that sets the tone for a very positive vibe for the little ones & their caregivers!

The place is full of creative activities, discoveries & stuff to do over the 2 floors! Imagine the happiness children feel creating their own soap, lip balm, painting…etc

Although it is aimed at 4-year olds as minimum your 2-4 year cold can still have some fun there! We barely felt the time there & almost sad we’ve never been there before today!

Lovely activity-"museum" with a lot of creative activities for kids, also younger ones (it might be interesting beginning in the age of 4). It is running by absolutely helpful and nice people, explaining everything with patience to the kids and me. It is not a classical museum, more a creative space for little artists, and still not too popular - though it is nice to go also if you are a tourist and would like to go where the danes go: beyond the popular tourist places and big attractions. Børnemuseet is filled with fun activities for young kids. They can paint, make lip balm, soap bars and many other things. All is very well organized and the staff is extremely helpful. At the entrance, it's possible to buy tokens (small golden children coins/dollars) that can be spent on materials and activities throughout the museum house.
