Thai 4 You - Thai Restaurant og Take Away — Restaurant in Hillerød Municipality

We visited this restaurant and have been here a few times before. For our most recent visit, which will be our last, the experience was awful. The decor is old and need a complete overhaul, the cutlery, plates and more looks to be from the current owner opened the place. The service was indifferent, for a lack of a better word. The food was so bad we chose not to eat it. All out dishes were lacking multiple ingrediencies, all the dishes tasted of canned food, that metallic task you always get with canned produce. The soup has so much sugar that was almost all you tasted and contained 1 shrimp, 1 mushroom, and you had to look closely to find any other ingrediencies. The staff were more focused on their take away customers than customers in the restaurant. Worst of all we ended up having to rush to find a restroom approximately 30 minutes after we finished our 'meal' which was in a movie theater close by, as we had planned to watch a show. I am unable to say a single positive thing about this place and can only give it 1 star. I hope they rea this review and that this inspires them to do much much better...

We bought four dishes at this place and three of them were Pad Thai. We’ve ate there a couple times before and the food was good- but this time all three of the Pas Thais came in a clump of noodles with no sauce and no flavor other than the two pieces of tofu and two pieces of broccoli we found. We’re not sure why the chef would even think it’s okay to serve something like this when most of the key ingredients are missing. It’s obvious they put little effort into the meal even though we spent a lot of money. We then called to tell the restaurant about what happened and the woman who answered just said the chef was making it the way they always have and she gave us no reimbursement and had no empathy for the situation. We will not be ordering...

We ordered two starters, two main courses, and a dessert. The food was served timely and the table was cleaned before serving the sweet. The portions are abundant and the quality of the food is good. I particularly appreciated the warm apple pie served with ice cream.

There is both an English and a Danish menu.

The waiters were kind and polite. They speak English too.

There is a clean and well-maintained restroom.
