I have ordered one ball of ice cream for Jen I changes my mind, I wanted a second one: three he staff out it in a different cup and charged me twice 2x29 instead of 1x37 as she put it in 2 cups
When asks why is she charging me double , she answered as I ordered 1st one and then another one and it was all within 30 sec.
When the manager came to resolve the issue I said it might be misunderstanding as her English is not good, she started laughing rudely with zero respect to the manager. Different cultures I guess.
And the question is not for being 4 Euro overcharged.
