Cappuccino Cafe — Restaurant in Higüey

We had a great time at the cafe. The cappuccino Cafe was amazing. The staff were friendly, quite a lot of staff there and it was very quiet. So we had a nice peaceful cup of coffee and they had some great doughnuts on there as well. So of course we had to have a doughnut but the stuff were lovely and it was really nice to say their names. Instead of saying you know. Oh please can I have this or and as she's speaking in Spanish as well to them just show a little bit of respect when you go and respect their names because they respect that and they appreciate it too. Our most favorite coffee experience of the trip was definitely Frappuccino at Grand Bavaro Princess. The location was beautiful open and inviting, next to a small pond where the local heron fished and next to the coconut gardens where the peahens waited to be fed.

The lattes were amazing. Coming from a cafe owner, know that I do not take espresso, or latte art lightly. The crema and bitterness were just right for the size and the cup was perfect....not needing added sugar.

My kid usually had the hot chocolate. Frappuccino were delectable. The light bites were limited but very apt for a snack/ cafe pairing.

For my next visit I promise to be here...

Located inside Gran Bávaro Princess resort, this café offers a very nice environment and setting. It offers a very nice variety of hot and cold drinks and petit four as well.
