Kulinarium — Restaurant in Higüey

Beautiful atmosphere with many nice lights and bougie decor.

One of the restaurants in Riu República that isn’t buffet style, but instead more of a per dish fine dining experience.

Started off with Arepa Reina Pepiada, a chicken avocado mayo like little sandwich/taco, tasted great.

My starter was the Pumpkin Soup with creamy goat cheese and my girlfriend got the Potato Casserole w/ Shrimp and ‘Leche de Tigre’ (Yellow Tiger’s Milk) Both tasted amazing.

For the main, my girlfriend got the Tamarind beef tenderloin filet with plantain timbale, and I got the Arroz cremoso de camarones.

For dessert we got the Brownie w vanilla cream and the Mousse w coconut and mango. The mousse was alright but the brownie was delicious!

Adorei este lugar, o ambiente é lindo, a decoração maravilhosa, tudo de muito bom gosto, tem um lustre deslumbrante e muito diferente.
