This hideaway is an excellent place for seafood lovers! Excellent service and I recommend the Seafood Cazuela or the Paella. Cazuela can be ordered for as many guest as you want. A rich serving of conchs, shrimps, calamari, fish and more! The paella is brought to your table while cooking and it's mixed right in front of you! Sully has been a staple of seafood cuisine in Santo Domingo for decades now. Is not a high end restaurant but a decent place to get seafood. I only have it two stars on the atmosphere because it tends to be quite loud when it's busy. The place doesn't have any noise dampening wall coverings so it is an echo chamber in there and all the conversations are drowning each other.
