This place has the best pizza! Crispy and delicious. The venue is nice, although the booths need to be reupholstered as you sink down when you sit. However, I’ve been there 3 times, and although the waiters are super nice, it takes them forever to come to the table, then once they bring your order you never see them again, so make sure you get everything you need when you place the order. So, the pizza it’s great but…other things we ordered were not. DO NOT get the fry calamari. They will bring you 6 rings of over breaded, over cooked( burnt) tough, chewy (and I’m sure mine had started going bad) calamari. Everyone took one look and said “no thanks”. I was the only one brave enough to try it, and I’m sorry I did. The croquettes were really good though. Also DO NOT order ribs. They brought out 4 ribs with no meat on them. It was like bones with sauce. Their pasta was also over cooked so it was mushy, and their Alfredo sauce was…not the best. I don’t know about their steaks because I’ve decide to stick with just their pizza. Sooo, if you are looking for good pizza, this is the place. Go ahead and try the croquetas while you are at it. I visited Café Borbone and, unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. The service was disappointing — the staff seemed inattentive and disengaged throughout the visit. Fuimos con una amiga el día de ayer porque nos hacía ilusión debido a los buenos comentarios y al menú, el lugar es agradable, cuando fuimos habían muy pocas personas, eran las 2 de la tarde aproximadamente. Pedimos dos pizzas, la margarita y la bbq, ninguna de las dos nos gustó. Se supone que la pizza bbq traía pollo, sin embargo, pareciera que solo le echaron dos pedacitos de este. El pollo era bastante escaso. Los sabores eran bastante normales, como fan de la pizza puedo decir que estas son de las mas equis que he probado. A mi amiga tampoco le gustaron, ambas acordamos que hemos probado mejores pizzas. Pedimos igualmente dos frozen, uno de chinola y el otro de fresa, el mío, que era el de fresa, tampoco estaba tan bueno, sabía más a agua. El personal es muy amable, la atención es de primera y la comida estuvo lista en poco tiempo. Las dos pizzas (6 pedazos c/u) y los dos frozen hicieron un total de 2,040 pesos.

En general, le doy 3 estrellas, igualmente, recordemos que ora los gustos...
