We tried two ramen options, one sweet (Miso) and another spicy (Shoyu). The spicy was not that spicy and we like spicy food. The sweet one was ok, but the flavor of the other one was better. Dishes felt too heavy as noodles are very thick, and it was not comfortable to eat those as they were very slippery. Portions are ok for one but it was not as I expected. Flavor is ok but nothing else. For the hype and prices we were expecting something more. We also asked for Gyozas and Takoyaki. The first was just ok, the latter was pretty heavy. Too much dough and little filling. Again, for the price, we expected something else. Nice store, have to say, located in a nice sector of the city. Also, is pricey!

Yen Ramen on Guanguiltagua was a delicious discovery! After hiking la Ruta del Gorrión in the Parque Metropolitano, it was the perfect stop to recover and enjoy a comforting meal. The ramen were simply amazing — rich broth, great toppings, and perfectly cooked noodles. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, the quality justifies it, and it’s definitely worth trying at least once. The service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant, although not crowded when we arrived, made the whole experience even more peaceful and enjoyable. Highly recommended for ramen lovers in Quito!

This is the place to go for good Ramen in Quito. The broth is good, the noodles have a decent bite and are home made, the only thing I dislike is the pork they serve....it's so thin. We're talking almost slices of ham thin. I wish they would make proper Chashu and give proper slices, especially for the price they charge. It's kind of a rip off. I may keep looking for better options now that the pork keeps shrinking in quantity.

We went here with wife and mother in law. We tried 3 different Ramens. They were all ok. For a Ramen soup they were very small portions and quite expensive for what they were. None of them were anything to make you say that were great and for everything that it was, I don't think we would go back. There isn't much for service since you order at the main bar then they bring it to your table. It is a small space with a few uncomfortable tables. The people who were working at the time were very nice and the Ramen was served...
