Awful experience , very rude staff members who literally spoke in the most unprofessional manner. We were looking for restaurants and asked before entering if there was space up there because there is usually reservations in these times , so we were told at the entrance that it’s okay and that we could sit there normally, after 5 mins a guy came to us and told us this place is already reserved and we were asked to leave and cancel our orders, and when we told him we asked the staff downstairs he was like no you passed by and didn’t ask me (and we didn’t even see him or knew that he was in charge) Not to mention that upon knowing that we’re Christian the guy immediately made the comment (we don’t serve food here before iftar).. which we do agree with but was said in the most awful way , as if he was...

I came to this restaurant to try some special egyptian foods. Foods was great but some staff behaviors really unrespectful and annoying . Especially staff name is “Mohammed Etman “They were talking each other and laughing . You should understand that when you are talking in arabic and if u look someone face and keep laughing when they are eating . This is problem for everywhere . Staff should fix their behaviors . The best mo3aganat (Mana'eish) in town literally!!! They have the best spinach Man'osha (a single of Mana'eish) they mix the spinach with some pomegranate! Very tasty i recommend you try it even if you don't like spinach! They have also the best lahm bel agen! (meat with dough) and sharhat dagag bel motzarella!
