Cinnabon — Restaurant in Cairo

Worst experience for me in Cinnabon at this branch "near the gold cinemas". I asked for small black coffee, and the guy said we have medium and large cups only. I asked to be filled half the way, he rejected "nicely". I said ok make it medium. And when i went to the sugar station i found tons of small coffee cups...

The experience didnt end there. I got mini classic Cinnabon. And it wasn't fresh at all. The fork broke midway cause of the stone dough i was cutting through. Video on post, watch and judge. 🤮🤮🤮

I will never consider Cinnabon again. There are many other cafes with better staff and bake...

This cafe is inside the mall. The coffee is very average but the cinnabon is amazing. Must try for travellers. Ive been here twice because great to do work on laptop even reading books. I saw many people leaving behind half eaten cinnabons and getting trown away as waistage. Maybe order smaller one or share? I share mine with a friend twice. Good lighting and comfy chairs. The cashier guy didnt allow me to take a photo or video. Maybe put a sign for that. Service average. But no one bothers you while you are reading or working. So its good. Highly recommend...

Cinnabon’s name and quality classic cinnamon roll is about the only reason this place is getting any stars at all.

This place is so crowded there’s not enough place to breathe. Even worse, it’s positioned and designed in a way that makes you feel like a mannequin up for display the entirety of the time you spend there. People walking in the mall are uncomfortably close and can clearly see everything going on in Cinnabon.

Place needs better space/people management. Accepting everyone has come at a cost of customer...
