Until last year, Costa Coffee at Americana Plaza was my go to place to study or get some urgent work done. The staff were always super friendly, the food was great and the free WiFi extremely fast.

Recently, however, I saw a significant drop in the standard of service. The free WiFi is almost always down (really inconvenient if you’ve got some urgent work to get done) and the sandwiches in the fridge are almost never fresh.

There is also a ridiculous amount of smoking that goes on indoors. Costa Coffee, in theory, have a non-smoking policy indoors - the staff never enforce this policy, however. Last time, I was there the smoke really irritated my eyes and my clothes stank by the end...

Costa Coffee at CFC outdoor offers a wonderful atmosphere I enjoyed the hospitality and a professional service from a well trained team namely; Islam , Zeyad, Reda, Ibrahim, Hussam, and Farg. Special thanks to Mr Said Adel branch Manager and Ahmad Maher the team leader who created with his team a clean and pleasant place to visit. I do not hesitate to recommend the place for coffee and peace of cake among other types of food and drinks as well as free Wi-Fi .
