Hamam Abdoh — Restaurant in Cairo

Today me and my family had a very bad experience at “Hamam Abdo” fifth settlement Apart from their good food taste, they really lack a good fast service and knowing how to treat their customers “if you’re going to visit just be prepared that they might ruin your family day/outing as waiters have no idea of what’s available on the menu and what’s not and if you complain, the manager will not handle the matter in a professional way!

we started by ordering a certain dish but the waiter said that the dish is already totally finished for today so we took an alternative, 20 Minutes later we knew that the dish is available from the surrounding tables so we asked the waiter to change the order, everything was fine till then even though the order took 45 minutes to be ready Next, the manager showed up and was so rude from the very beginning of the conversation telling us that our order was already prepared and that we can’t change it now and we shouldn’t have ordered an alternative as the dish was available and it was the waiter’s mistake, during the negotiation the manager started talking in a very bad way and telling my mom and dad that they should talk one at a time as if we were at school, my mom couldn’t take his offensive way so she left and we left after her, he then followed us to apologize but he already ruined our day and made both my parents really angry #notrecommended...

I have been a loyal patron of the Hamam Abdoh Riyadh branch, which has consistently provided exceptional service and unrivaled food experiences. However, I must express my disappointment with my recent visit in Tagamouh branch as it fell short in several key areas.

While the service team is numerous, their lack of organization was noticeable. There seemed to be a lack of supervisory presence, which resulted in a less-than-ideal guest experience. Additionally, the quality of the food this time did not meet the high standards I have come to expect from the Riyadh location.

The wait time for our food was longer than anticipated, and unfortunately, it did not compensate for the delay with the expected quality. I also observed the supervisor smoking outside the restaurant while I was waiting for someone to bring me water, which contributed further to my dissatisfaction.

I sincerely hope that the stakeholders will focus on maintaining consistent food quality and service across all branches, not...

This is an average to me, I tried Chicken Tawook, and it wasn't the best Tawook to eat, really plain. Molokheya was good and tasty. Rokak was amazing as well. Service is fairly good as the place is big and busy. Kebda is OK not the best. Oven pasta is good and lacks lots of flavors.

Overall my experience was fair, one more thing the place has 2 big outdoor areas and dine in big area with lots of people and guéss what, only 1 rest that fits 2 people only.

Are you guys serious? And if the waiting like for the bathroom is long enough, worker will instruct you to take the stairs for 2 floors... Pathetic.

Update/ good thing is they listened and had extra bathroom for the outside area, which is good :)
