Read moreI was excited to get some food here but in line, other customers kept budding in line, and the manager who was working noticed but didn’t say anything or bother to help me. I finally ordered my food and it took a long time. The worst part was I could see my order slowly being worked on then abandoned on a repeated cycle. I had to ask the manager to look into my order several times, and he would ask his staff to tend to my meal, but I could see them being distracted and leaving it on the side from time to time. I could also see them put the wrong things in my order. Finally when my order was given to me I said it was wrong and the manager asked the staff to fix it. It took a long time for my correct order to be given to me, and at that time the fries were cold. It was a terrible customer service experience. The food was alright, but I had a very frustrating experience. I don’t ever say this, but it’s possible that I had this experience because I was a foreigner. This is unfortunate and I don’t enjoy saying comments like that, but as I looked around, other local customers had no issues, received their food in a much timelier fashion. This is supposed to be fast food, and it wasn’t an issue of having to make food from scratch, but most of the food was already heated, it just needed to be put together as an order. Read moreI have been to KFC before this time however I was not impressed there were a couple of problems.
I was ordering a meal for three people myself included. 1 spicy twister and 2 dinner boxes. Asked for the guy at the cashier for the dinner boxes then later asked him to make them into a meal (adding a drink and coleslaw).
The guy added an extra dinner box meal to the order because he misunderstood me I guess or something (should have checked the order with me basic restraunt practice),
added around 150 pounds worth of sauces that I didn't ask for (had to call the manager to fix these two points because he wouldn't take them back when I didnt even take it from him in the first place so not like they were used),
And the fries were cold and sloppy but at this point I just wanted to finish my meal and leave.
