KFC — Restaurant in Cairo

Been in Cairo for one week The food here was ok, i stuck with what i knew burger wise from back home but i did try a bucket of chicken one night though and didn't eat half of it , the rest got left for the morning where I took the chicken off the bones and left it in the street for the local dogs to eat

The staff need to touch up on their manners.

The two girls i dealt with in there , i will give them a pass , as English clearly wasn't their strong point and i don't know a word of Arabic , but the little 'dude' who works in there , seems to be some sort of management , is very obnoxious...

You need some lessons in manners buddy

The toilets need a good scrub too and some new utilities installing.

Also , the music upstairs was too loud. Im a music lover but this was a tad too much whilst trying to escape the mayhem outside for a short time

​A Deeply Disappointing and Unpleasant Experience

​I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the service and overall experience at this branch. My visit was a shocking display of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction. ​The staff was rude and unwelcoming. They treated me with a level of disrespect that was both surprising and unacceptable.

​To make matters worse, I was deliberately given the wrong item, which felt like a deceitful attempt. It's clear that there is a serious problem with both the staff's training and their basic respect for paying customers. ​I have never had such a terrible dining experience. I would advise anyone considering this restaurant to save their money and go elsewhere. The management needs to take a serious look at how their staff is treating customers and address the dishonest practices that are clearly...

The service was bad and the toilet door literally had no lock or anything to close it with and we waited for 30 minutes to get our food cold and a family just arrived and got their food same time as us i think they was waiting to give us both food at same time and the food was cold and they messed up the order the chicken was not crispy and was cold from outside and the fries was cold to and look 2 times smaller from what looked in the menu and the pepsi they just gave...
