The food is good. But service 🤦🏼♂️. At my first visit I ordered meal with juice. They brought me meal, but I waited juice for about 40 minutes, and asked about it several times. Finely the brought me it and I asked check. And they gave me check and count juice twice. When I told officiant that I didn't order second juice they brought me another one🤦🏼♂️. In another day I had the same problem, they brought me two drinks instead of one. The place is also crowded. But what makes me return in that place again is a taste of food. I tried to eat in other places, and realized that food is too salt or seasoning or insipid. So I recommend to visit this place. But I also recommend restaurant increase the service, there a lot of officiants swarm around with no...

As vegetarians, we are grateful for the chance to eat from such a varied menu -- even though Gad serves lots of meat dishes, we can always put together a great meal, and at such a reasonable cost. We also appreciate that wait staff wear masks and gloves. The one area that could use improvement is the women's restroom. I have never seen it clean, nor is it supplied with tissue. When even the simplest coffee and shisha shop can keep its facilities clean and supplied with tissues, Gad could certainly do better. That said, I will continue to eat at Gad frequently every time I am in Cairo. It's...
