I wanted to try something local and found this place. Even though it was in the evening, the place was full. they will bring you 4 size of plate yo choose which size you want. I was not sure what yo expected, but it was really good with tomato sauce , lime, and garlic. Basically , based is pasta and rice, top of it green lentil, fried onion, and chickpeas. I’ve been to the original location which is definitely not as nice of an ambience. This location was clean however the customer service to put in our order was slow and to get our bill was insanely slow. The service needs to be better especially if you are upstairs as you feel like the staff have no idea what they’re doing. One of the best koshari recipes in the world. Location is convenient but a bit like an overdose of restaurants in that "Bank area" of New Cairo. Service is fine until you disagree with one of the waiters :-D FOr some reason, they try to convince you that they know what's good for you better than yourself!

They would convince you, for example, that you can pour the vinegar/garlic mix without the right nozzle, etc.
