Small and cozy Italian restaurant and bar.

On NYE they had a minimum charge fee of £800/pax. Which is suitable as it was just enough for each of us to have fun.

Incredibly friendly staff from Ramez the manager to the waiters who were nice enough not to upsell us when asked for a recommendation but gave us their honest opinion (which was the cheaper but better option)

Only comment is the DJ was said to be starting at 9 but didn’t start until 11!

Lastly the reservation deposit wasn’t deducted from the the check by mistake but the mistake was immediately rectified by the owner Mr. Georges Bouabjian and the manager Mr. Ramez.

I recommend 365 red wine for the Sangaria it was smooth and perfect. Seafood risotto was perfectly cooked and delicious except the rice portion is tiny compared to the amount of seafood. (The honest staff did warn me about the portion size though) Bartender knows his stuff and makes...

Food was average, my pasta had more pepper than actual pasta. The place was empty but they had some music going on, there's no wifi. The real problem was the staff, really rude for no reason. Always chatting amongst each other, never checking up on the client to see if they need anything, had to really struggle to get their attention. On top of that, they didn't even ask us if everything was okay after we finished eating, if we needed anything else, and this sort of things . Kept us waiting five minutes for the change after paying the bill, without even communicating with us that they left to look for change, they just left us waiting in silence. And once i said thank you so much, goodbye, have a great night, I even repeated it twice, not even one person at the desk looked up or bothered to reciprocate. Absolutely love everything about this place! The food is damn proof that heaven is real! Their pizza is to die for! they even make their own cheese for crying out loud! What better place to have some carne e vino eh?? Raffaello is your place if you want the real deal. Their food is unique and the menu was put together by an Italian food expert who also trained every chef in the kitchen I heard, and the place is beautiful and cozy. This is a fine dining restaurant and so prices may seem high for some guests. WORTH EVERY POUND SPENT THOUGH! Service is great, waiters were kind and humorous and engaging with guests.
