The best item on the menu is definitely the shawarma. It’s a decent portion, which is expected given the price—though it’s noticeably more expensive than similar places offering comparable quality.

The rest of the dishes are fairly average and overpriced for the portion sizes. Either the servings need to be more generous, or the prices should be more reasonable. While the chicken is flavourful, it doesn’t justify the cost. The pidê (which they refer to as “pie,” even tho it’s suppose to be a Turkish place) was disappointing—dry with minimal toppings.

Facilities-wise, there’s only one mixed-gender toilet with a shared wash basin, and it wasn’t well-maintained during my visit. The bin was overflowing, and cleanliness was lacking.

Overall, the food and experience don’t quite match the high price point. Not the best value for money. Oh and they take a service charge on top when you eat in so the prices of food is more than...

Best Turkish meal! Sultan Ayoub blew us away. The food is incredibly fresh and flavorful – loved the juicy mixed grill (especially the Meat and chicken shawerma) . The pies was perfect. Service was warm, friendly, and efficient. Authentic atmosphere, great value. Highly recommend!We'll be back soon.

he worst "Restaurant" I have ever been to. Food quality is so bad. The food was cold and not worth the money at all. The meat also was extremely bad (all kinds of it). We nearly order every kind of food they have and without exception, they all were very bad as I said. The music was so loud even after I asked them to low the volume a bit. Furniture quality was also very bad and the indoor area is very closed not a single window!
