We were told upon arrival that it was cash only for entrance, herefore we went to the cash point outside. The cash point was not working. It is very peculiar that you only accept cash at the door but you take card inside for the drinks... It seems to be a deceptive money grabbing scheme. Once we finally made it inside to sit down, it took ages for us to be served/just to get a drink. The place was completely disorganised and simply chaotic. To add insult to injury, one of your known regulars grabbed my girlfriend's privates under her skirt and for such behaviour, the manager took his side as he is a regular. Upon insisting to call the police, the manager refused as the offender was a recurrent customer, stating that it was because he'd had too much to drink - As if that were an excuse for sexual harassment. The situation escalated outside and the manager was completely incompetent and defensive of the offender.

When it came to paying the bill, I used my card. I was told that the payment was not going through so I asked for a receipt to prove that the payment was declined, my request was simply refused for no apparent reason. The card machine was slow and loading, leading to my friend embarrassingly having to pay in cash. I looked at my bank statement today to see that the payment had been taken from my card so we paid twice.

One thing I am certain of is that I will never step foot in Aurora again. Completely disgraceful. I would give zero...

We were treated with the up most disrespect during the night club. my friend ask a guy for a lighter to light his cigarette and for some reason the guy took it as disrespect and decided to yell and hit I’m in the face my friend have no reaction and the worker arrived and blamed the situation on my friend and kicked him out. And later when I respectfully and calmly asked why, while all my friend did was ask for a lighter the worker said with the up most disrespect while cutting me off that it’s not allowed to ask someone for a lighter and when I asked him what about the guy that started hitting him, he justified it as a normal reaction only because the worker know him. I’m sorry but how is this humane it’s a normal thing to ask for a lighter and how is it that someone hitting a person in the face is a normal thing to keep him in the club. This place looked nice from the outside, good music and people seemed friendly but when it came to the time to pay the bill, they charged us twice on two separate terminals and refused to present a void transaction for the first terminal. Funds have now been deducted from my wife’s account twice for the same transaction. They also charged us £500 (Egyptian pounds) or £25 UK equivalent for a bowl of nuts that we didn’t even ask for. The stale nuts were placed on the table and appeared to be free but then showed up on the bill as ‘open food - 250.00’ (for which we were then charged twice) The three cocktails we had tasted watered-down and were highly overpriced. When we complained about being charged for food that we hadn’t ordered, the arrogant Manager (a blonde lady who refused to give me her name - just a card with a number on it) said that she would not refund the money.
