Mazagouna — Restaurant in Gamsha

Not even worth the one star, food was extremely late, beyond an hour!!! The hot potatoes left a taste of burnt dried coriander afterwards, and it wasn't fried , the spaghetti bolognaise was salty, the chicken shawerma was pan stir fried, the burger had red cheddar cheese although the menu didn't specify so my son assumed it's standard American cheese. The chef was EXTREMELY RUDE when he came out to speak to me. The rest of the staff were polite although not organised and have poor communication skills. When the bill finally came it was full of mistakes! They billed us for 3 additional items that we never ordered. and a number of items where billed under different names, tomatoe soup was lentil soup, spaghetti bolognaise was penne red sauce with extra shrimps, the shrimps side appetizer was marinara salad, it was a total mess!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

They even refused to remove the burger that my sons only had...

Worst customer experience at all ,we have waited more than an hour for our food (very basic food mostly appetizers), finally when we got it it was non related completely to Lebanese cuisine. Basic items like garlic sauce was replaced with mayonnaise. As we refused to get the rest of our order as when we mentioned to the waiter our comments the acted like w never tasted this before. Also chef was so rude and he did mention that some of our return items he wouldn't be able to reheat or recycle. I wonder how to serve leftovers or even untouched items to another customer. Adding the we got extra items we didn't order...

We had an unforgettable dining experience at Mazagouna! Special thanks to Mostafa, our waiter, for his exceptional service – he was attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome throughout the evening.

The Lebanese food was absolutely delicious, full of authentic flavors and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was just as impressive – the elegant décor combined with the nostalgic Om Kalthoum songs in the background created the perfect setting for a wonderful night.
