One of the best bagel places you’ll try out in Gouna for sure! Ingredients are high quality, the bagel itself is just fluffy and yummy—not to mention they offer vegan/vegetarian options too which isn’t something you’ll see often. The staff are also extremely friendly and helpful. They would give our complimentary baked goods too! I tried the Philly cheesesteak bagel, London bagel, as well as the Helsinki bagel (the London bagel and Helsinki bagel are chef recommendations so you know it’s good!) and they were all bomb! If you want something for breakfast/brunch then you should for sure try out the chef recommendations. Want to go for something bit heavier and more brunch feel? Go for the Philly cheesesteak bagel! We’ve grown addicted to the place when we were in Gouna and would just go there everyday! Wish I could take this back with me in Cairo :’). For sure will come back again!

This place came highly recommended by others so we popped in this morning with the intention of taking the bagels to go but ended up staying. The bagels themselves did not disappoint but the waiter we had made us so uncomfortable. We bought our small puppy with us so he wasn’t left in the car and although the waiter did say he had a phobia of dogs, he just made it so clear he didn’t want to serve us. When we decided to stay in rather than go, he looked really annoyed, rolled his eyes and just shoved some napkins in front of us - not the usual service in gouna. That being said the other two waiters were so friendly, bought water in a bowl over for our puppy so hopefully this won’t be anyone else’s experience.

The bagels are awesome, fresh, and tasty! Although we were there in a busy time Michel and Abdo made sure we were well served. They had our attention and accommodated all our requests. Side node: the place is like most Restaurants and bars, small and cozy but when busy it gets a little loud specially the tables are so close together. Overall; loved the bagels and the coffee. The great service complimented the experience, Thanks "The bagel tree"
