Casper & Gambini's — Restaurant in New Cairo City

Had lunch today with my wife. We were regular customers to Casper for a long time (before they closed). We decided yo go today. We ordered the carrot ginger soup, Santa fe Salad, and Steak tenderloin dish. First of all the soup was really light and tasteless, the salad was good but the chicken was boiled not grilled. Then the steak dish arrived, the plate was not hot, and the mushroom sauce was extremely bad! We complained to our waiter Mohamed who was extremely helpful, understanding, and friendly. He changed the plate and apologized. At the end, they offered a free dessert which was a really nice gesture. Overall, We were extremely happy with the hospitality and service. McDonald's is cleaner than them! I walk in and ALL the free tables have the last customers' masks, food, and cups on them. The waiters are just standing not doing anything. When I approach a table no one comes to clean it and I have to wave for someone to come clean it. She does a very lousy job, with crumbs still everywhere on it and I point it out. I'm now seated for almost 10 minutes, and no one has cleaned the table next to mine full of dirty plates and masks. It was a disgusting sight. I had to leave. I'm not a neatfreak by any means, but oh my God this turned me off especially when I saw the crazy prices for such a disgusting restaurant. I wonder what goes on inside the kitchen if this is how they present...

Not really worth it! Soooooo this is one of those moments… I took my mum out for brunch and they don’t have paper menus and of course that means that the not very tech savvy need to figure it out. Then there was the food.
