Great all day breakfast, overpriced meh burger, Not a great location, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM!

American style cuisine… American food, portions, American fats - how fatty and heavy the food it -, even the Pepsi glass! (Pulp Fiction style to relate)

Normally this place is 4-4.5 stars for its breakfast, tasty, served all day, and portions are quite good! Perfect mix so far…

Then I tried their lunch (burgers), and here is the problem So beside the fact their burgers are quite expensive and they are definitely not worth that much…. The food ranged from basic to inedible (for me personally) Very very heavy sauces, too fatty and oily everything! the patty itself was 100% great tbh-

But this was not the reason for my low rating, the shock came when we just called one of their waiters (who are all decent), to complain that one of the burgers was weird, filled with soup and stuff, and extremely extremely filled with heavy everything…. His reply was astonishing “We are sorry the name was clear and even if we didn’t write the description you have ordered this burger and the way its cooked is with soup”!! So basically if you just thought it was a name they invented and then it turns out you are mistaken (apparently it’s a type of burger cooking style, don’t even remember the name chili smthg) … then your problem not their

We simply just asked him to replace it as it is really bad… and his reply was “sorry can’t”, asked him to talk to the manager and he said “even the manager will tell you it’s not our mistake” At this point, this place lost me… 100% lost me forever… ZERO CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

His colleague (i believe on a personal act) intervened and asked if changing the bun and removing everything (just the same sandwich with new bread and the same patty) would help… we said def yes! So on a personal note I thank this smart and decent waiter… and I only blame the management of this place to set their rules to be anti-customer…

Rude places don’t grow… eventually...

Been to lucille's yesterday, around 11:30 Location is pretty good, it has around 8 tables, place wasn't crowded which is good for me at least

Ordered veggie omelet with hash brownies and Swiss cheese, and it was soooo delicious

Also ordered omelet with biscuits and sausage, it was good, yet the sausage tasted more like kofta

Staff are friendly, prices I would say very suitable

The only thing I have a concern about is the espresso, I liked it more in maadi, yet it's not bad

Totally recommend...

Very cozy and classy place ,the burger was basic but not perfect .The stuff was very friendly and very helpful (best stuff till now ) . Decorations and style awesome also i like lighting of the place especially the lamp that above each table . The prices on average not too expensive . The only point i don't like that there is no variety in the menu even in the drinks ,but totally its a perfect place...
