We went to Buffalo burger at 2am and ordered two old school burger meals with cheese, mayo and salad inside, and two chicken tenders. Rather than getting two old school burgers, what we received were two OLD stale cheeseburgers.
The burgers turned up being sorry looking and tasting stale with no lettuce and the remaining ‘salad’ - a piece of tomato and a gherkin on the side.
My father proceeded to ask where the lettuce was, only to be told they haven’t had lettuce for two days. We weren’t told when we ordered that there was no lettuce, which would have been professional courtesy. my father asked to speak to the manager and the first of two gentlemen came over. He was very understanding and agreed to give us a 50% discount. As he went to get the cash from the till, or so we thought, another guy - Ahmed Sakhi - came out and proceeded to be extremely rude and argumentative, interrupting my father’s meal to ask him to retell the story. My father asked Ahmed to speak to the first guy, Ahmed simply refused and said he wanted to hear the story from the beginning from my father directly. They proceeded back and forth for 5 minutes until my father had enough of debating and by the time he finished, the already sorry looking food was cold and limp . We were so unimpressed that we decided to walk up to the till, leave the food and ask for a full refund as the food and service were so appalling and after 20 minutes, the chicken tenders still hadn’t turned up. they agreed to give us the refund and we left - we shan’t be returning after the horrendous experience....

Instead of engaging with people and informing them about menu options or special deals, they simply handed out cardboard menus without any semblance of hospitality.
Furthermore, while I expected a hearty 'grand' burger, which is usually my go-to choice, it turned out to be merely a 'double.' However, the real disappointment came when I bit into the burger. The patty was swimming in so much grease and oil that it practically dissolved the bun, making it impossible to eat without creating a messy ordeal.
To add insult to injury, the Coke served tasted like a cheap local imitation, far from the refreshing beverage I had hoped for. The mozzarella balls were a letdown as well. Not only were they lacking in actual mozzarella cheese, but they were also coated in a thick layer of unappetizing breading, seasoned with unpleasant spices, adding to the overall dissatisfaction. Although the fries were passable, the overall disappointment with the burger left me hungry and unsatisfied.
Despite the potential for a delicious meal, the excessive grease and lack of attention to detail from the staff ruined what could have been an enjoyable...
