Mar Rosso ristorante italiano Sharm el Sheikh di Enzo — Restaurant in South Sinai

Abbiamo conosciuto questo ristorante grazie ad un nostro amico che vive a Sharm. Il ristorante è tipico italiano, il proprietario è Enzo Rubini e la persona che ci ha servito ai tavoli è stato il metre Mohamed il siciliano che è davvero eccezionale con un'attenzione al cliente unica. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, come antipasto abbiamo preso mozzarella di bufala e burrata con pomodorini caprese, poi un'ottima insalata di mare e degli spaghetti alle vongole davvero fantastici, il tutto innaffiato con vino bianco frizzante Maschio italiano. Anche lo chef Ibrahim che ha lavorato in Italia e si è assicurato personalmente che i piatti da lui preparati fossero graditi. Il ristorante è stato inaugurato di recente e si sta organizzando con un ampliamento di prodotti italiani e una carta dei vini più ampia. Secondo la mia esperienza è il vero ristorante italiano a Sharm el sheikh. Torneremo sicuramente al motto di :se a Sharm bene vuoi mangiare al Mar rosso devi andare ed il Siciliano salutare.

We found out about this restaurant thanks to a friend of ours who lives in Sharm. The restaurant is typical Italian, the owner is Enzo Rubini and the person who served us at the tables was Mohamed the Sicilian who is really exceptional with unique customer attention. We ate very well, as a starter we had buffalo mozzarella and burrata with Caprese cherry tomatoes, then an excellent seafood salad and some truly fantastic spaghetti with clams, all washed down with Italian Maschio sparkling white wine. Even chef Ibrahim who worked in Italy and personally made sure that the dishes he prepared were pleasing. The restaurant was recently inaugurated and is being organized with an expansion of Italian products and a broader wine list. In my experience it is the real Italian restaurant in Sharm el sheikh. We will definitely return to the motto: if you want to eat well in Sharm at the Red Sea you have to go and have a healthy Sicilian.

I recently visited Mar Rosso Ristorante Italiano in Sharm el-Sheikh with my Russian wife while we were staying at the Four Seasons hotel, and we had an amazing experience. The food was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was wonderful.
