Period of stay 10-18.10.20. Tropitel Naama Bay. Proven 5 *. 100% recommended for rest. 1. The choice fell because of the green vast, beautiful, clean and bright territory, tested, in real life steeper than in the photo-5 *. 2. The beach is compact, but cool in details, everything is thought out and not cramped. Cleanly, even the guests' negligence disappears instantly. The number of rubbish jugs - on the central streets. you won't find so many. - 5*. Further steeper. 3. People who make your holiday tasty and in a good mood. This is a separate item in all respects. Any administrative irregularities are resolved on the first request - keep smile and just relax. A more separate item is the animation team, led by Mida. Professionals in their field - 5 * During the day on the beach, all the sloths are kindled with their mood and do everything so that the guests can get distracted, either to the darts, or to water aerobics, or to morning exercises, or just to learn a new dance. You won't get bored. But if you want a layer and like a vegetable, no one will interfere. 4. Fish in the sea nibble on the coral at the bottom and the crystal clear water makes it possible to take a photo and chat with your girlfriends fish while swimming. 5. Bars - All drinks are always available and there are no restrictions. 6. The food is delicious. There is a choice, but not endless spaces. Restaurant workers are picking up food. You get used to it. Everything is humorous and everything is easy. Good mood to help. 7. There is an evening program to choose from. On the terrace you can watch a show program with coffee or something stronger. There is also a direction - visiting discos for guests from hotels. Paid, but worth it. Local alcohol is not recommended for consumption. The soda in the cocktail makes the disco hazy. And the music there is chosen cool, it is better to dance cool and remember the time spent. 8. In a separate block I want to express my admiration and my bravo for understanding a truly professional attitude towards guests - the administrator is a girl in the lobby. - she kept asking if everything was good and after any request I asked if it was done and on time whether - 5 * Mida, team leader animators-5 * Professionally, clearly and very easily solves any complex issues. In our opinion with a friend, the animators Sow, Tito, Chiko can professionally and easily turn any dance event into a chic party with their charisma and attention to detail-5 * Alena did an excellent job with all the guests on the beach and did not let anyone get bored. I didn't have a chance to talk with other animators so often, but I'm sure they are good. If you still have doubts, then on the first day of arrival, decide the quest, how many pools are in the territory. We, it seems to me, have not visited all of them. The road to the beach provides an exit from the hotel. Doesn't bother. One thing must be taken into account - the beach and pools are closed by sunset. But at dawn, the pools don't start working. Only at sea can you swim at sunrise. I will definitely return to this hotel again. For 4 past trips to Egypt, no hotel has caused such a desire. I give 5 * to my rest. Thanks to Tropitel Naama Bay.

The location of the hotel is amazing. The hotel is on the second line, so you have to go 5 min by foot to reach the beach. The hotel is close to shops, supermarkets and stores, so in the evenings you can walk around and do shopping until late at night, which is very convenient. The food is all inclusive and the variety of it is impressive. The New Year party on the 31st was well organised and luxurious. The service, servants and waiters were working very hard, and were dedicated to their job. The cleaning of the rooms was nice, every day new towels... Every evening starting from 8:30 PM there were parties at the hotel's restaurant, until midnight so if you want to sleep early the sound of it will disturb you. The beach of the hotel is small but when you enter with your bracelet you may shift and walk around the other hotels shores unless it is a private beach. You may find a lot of corals and various fish just in 100 meters from the shore. But be careful don't touch animals and corals because some of them are venomous. I had a bad experience, and my body was covered with red spots after swimming, it was burning and itchy everywhere so had to visit a doctor and had injections. It was scary and horrible experience. The hotel greet me on my birthday despite my birthday is on June 2nd) But it was so sweet. They brought a birthday cake and a greeting card, with the towels made as a big cake)))) Overall it was a nice stay, and the people did everything to satisfy our needs . Be careful of non fixed price products which you may find outside of the shops. Bargain everywhere and every time you buy something, believe me you can buy everything at half price. Only at Fixed Price markets the prices are fixed. Otherwise they cheat you in every step. Don't take a tour to Cairo, it is the worst experience of my life. 23 hours of traveling on the bus, worst conditions, a lot of stops at the border, at the end you don't see anything in Cairo but a lot shops that you force to visit and buy something because this is a plan of the guide. If you want to visit and want some advice, don't hesitate to ask ;)

NOT A BEACH FRONT HOTEL. For some reason this hotel markets itself as beachfront when it’s not. It has a beach area that you’ll have to walk to between downtown and takes about 3 minutes to get there. The hotel staff was super nice. They were very accommodating and always super helpful especially the ones at the front desk. The food at the hotel was disappointing to be honest. There was barely any options to choose from. Every day was supposed to be a specific cuisine one was Chinese and I don’t think they know what Chinese food is because it was all just regular food like buffalo chicken and Egyptian rice and all cuisines were just wrong. The food was not bad some of it was good but the options were limited and did not really go well together. I just was expecting more out of the food. I really liked how the beach area had food available for us and it was actually very tasty surprisingly. The room was nice and we got the sea view. However I feel like it’s not the cleanest. The bed was very clean but the floors and bathtub looked like they hadn’t been cleaned. Other than that. The hotels location was amazing it was in the middle of naama bay and at night it was amazing because all the cafes and nightlife were right there. I give it 3 stars because the food wasn’t the best and the hotel room wasn’t the cleanest. However, it was not dirty I just tend to like things to be extremely clean. I would recommend staying here. However the food was a deal breaker for me along with the fact that it was not a beachfront property.

30 years ago, it may have been a 5 star hotel; today, it's barely a 3 star. Where do I begin. The executive room we booked was full of mould in the bathroom, had grout all over the tiles and the whole room was just in a very bad condition (cracked tiles etc.) (see photos). We complained about it and a member of staff came and said he was going to clean it! I proceeded to explain that the issue wasn't dirt and that it was the state of the room but he ignored the comment and proceeded to brush the mould away, which spread all over the floor. For about 40 minutes, we were going up and down to reception and back to try and get our point across and get an update. We specifically paid extra money to have the superior room, so expected something 'superiorg' (oh the irony). We eventually got moved to another room, arguably better but which was still in the same appalling state. After all this, I called the reception to ask for the Wi-Fi password and I was told that the Wi-Fi system was down and that it would be fixed at some point in the next 3 days (7 days in, the Wi-Fi was still not working). Needless to say, this very bad condition is apparent throughout the whole hotel, not just the rooms - it looks like something which was once a big thing and which has now been abandoned and is slowly but steadily falling apart (again, see photos).

Water: On day 2, whilst having a shower, the water just stopped completely and after reporting to reception, they said they were aware and would fix it. 10 minutes later, I was still standing in the shower with shampoo on my hair waiting for the water to be fixed.

Food: Where do I begin. Having tested all the restaurants of the hotel (to give the benefit of the doubt), I can confidently say it's one of the worst (if not the worst) all inclusive buffets I've paid for. The quality of the food was appalling and it was clear that a lot of the stuff was being reused a day or 2 later (including things like dry chicken). The variety was poor with the same dishes out every day.

Private beach: This is a tiny space 5 minutes away from the hotel, with way too many sunbeds for its size and with mininal space to swim. There is no way in a million years this can accommodate for the size of the hotel; it is merely a way for the hotel to claim it has a private beach. The whole place just seems like someone came along and put sunbeds and ropes down to try and make as much money as possible.

Gym: First of all, I certainly wouldn't call it a "gym". It is a tiny space in a basement, consisting of 2 treadmills and 2 machines in a bad condition. The 'gym' doesn't open until 10am which is very inconvenient if you want to get your exercise done before starting your day.

Toilet paper: I can't even count the amount of times I asked for toilet paper to be added to the various toilets across the hotel. Literally none of the toilets anywhere ever had any toilet paper, to the point people had to walk around holding their own! Ridiculous!

Noise: The noise from the nearby bars and restaurants can be very clearly heard until early hours of the morning. It's like being in a club in your own room, every single night. Same with sound insulation between rooms and even the corridor. You can hear the tiniest sound from outside or the adject room, such as a sneeze or plugging a device to charge.

Lifts: Half of the hotel lifts weren't working and the ones that were, made you question whether you'll make it to the other side or not (again, see photos). Half the buttons were broken and the other half worked whenever they decided to. I won't even get into the details of how filthy they were.

It is absolutely appalling that someone can claim this to be a 5 star hotel and can claim the corresponding prices for it. It is simply not the 90s anymore, when Naama Bay Resort may have been a big hit. It is now a derelict slowly falling apart.

Absolutely would not recommend and it is safe to say I will never...

Stayed here for a two week holiday but sadly not to my expectations as expected. Rated as a 5 star hotel got to say in my eyes this didn't meet that rating whatsoever.|I found it to be well below a standard I would expect from a hotel rated at this level I'm not one for slating establishments.|I have been to a good few places since I last reviewed a place I have stayed at. But for here I feel obliged to put down in words my feelings.|I stayed in the main building in room 518 didn't expect an amazing room behind the door but did get a shock.|Broken tiles on the floor which couldn't be avoided whilst walking around the room. You could clearly hear them moving under your feet and every possibility of cutting your feet from this.|Our bathroom had a heavily stained bath which we tried to clean but to no avail it didn't make a difference.|On the subject of the bath my partner enjoys a bath from time to time but this could not take place as the plug that was fitted to the bath was a plunger style.|Push it down to seal the bath but this did not seal it as expected so the bath was redundant for the purpose in which it was intended.|The shower we had had just a steady stream without the option to adjust the shower head to get a better more powerful flow. So just a steady stream was all we got from it so more time was spent ensuring we got a decent wash.|Also the sink suffered from the same problem by not sealing so no option to fill the sink to not just face washing but if needed to rinse some clothes through this could not happen.|Toilet paper was not topped up during our stay with me having to find house keepers in order to have this replaced.|I was told yes 10 minutes and I will return with some for you and I'm still waiting and now back home and that was during our first weeks stay.|Where our room was situated it overlooked the main pool which was a nice view I couldn't complain on that part.|Except there is music player from a neighbouring property which was loud and went on until 02.30 in the morning.|I know it's right in the heart of naama bay but after a week of listening to this I was regretting choosing this establishment.|The food I found to was not very appetizing at all and found on a good few days just having chips.|As previously stated reference toilet roll the food gave me the need to sit in the bathroom a little more than regular if you understand what I mean.|On a number of occasions despite being all inclusive we dined outside and also used mcdonalds, pizza hut and kfc. Just so we could have something that was edible and not the kind of food we risked a dodgy stomach from.|Staff also I found were rude and I found it carrying a plate of food through a doorway they wouldn't stop and allow me through.|They would simply just carry on walking through causing me to stop and move out of there way.|Making me as a paying guest having to put myself out for them instead of the other way around.|Cutlery was not rep!aced,on tables and a few times I was having to go and search out the clean cutlery again ask the staff and your just kept waiting with what but of food I found to be going cold.|The only positives I took away was Mahmoud who was with the company responsible for trips out was polite friendly approachable and always willing to go the extra mile.|Plus Albert in the lobby bar was always laughing with us and made us smile on a daily basis with his witty humour.|Will I return here then the answer is a big no as feel from the money I paid I didn't get my money's worth from what is rated as the 5 star try a 3.|This was the third hotel I had stayed at in naama bay and sadly will be my last for me weather is fantastic but customer focus not there for me.|So with deep regret I have to air my views and state my honest opinion...

I wanted to add some words around our vacation and hope they will be used to address some of the issues we had whilst we on holiday. First, I want to cover the very bad, not so good experiences we had – WIFI – We had already done our reviews and due diligence on the poor WIFI connection you have in you Hotel, we were well aware of this. However, we were told by your staff at reception that if we paid 10$ per room (SHOCKING!!!) which we did then we would have a good signal in our room. That was NOT the case, and after spending $20 dollars we were extremely disappointed, why did you take our money, knowing that there WIFI was useless? See screenshot, this is the Lobby WIFI just look at the pathetic speed of 19Mbs, this is totally disgraceful. You are sharing 19Mbs with all your guests? What kind of internet speed is this? You cannot even read the news or make any WhatsApp or Viber calls, really, I am very disappointed with this when most of Europe offer FREE WIFI and a decent speed Hotels. I don’t see how you can call yourself 5 Star Hotel when you have a Internet speed and connection (Only in the Lobby) which is not fit for purpose. My advice to holiday makers is bear this in mind when booking this Hotel, if you have any small children or need to do some basic work, where you require WIFI then you can forget it, it will NEVER work!

The good experiences – Its only fair to also give positive experiences too, we had a absolutely, amazing holiday and enjoyed every minute apart from the above points. 1.The Hotel is very clean, and our room was very clean, and was cleaned on a daily basis. Well done! 2.The choice of food is vast, fresh and caters for meat and vegetarians and an immense choice of deserts and plentiful supply. 3.The Hotel has a number of bars which are all very well presented. 4.The Hotel has a customer liaison contact in the reception Lobby area, they were very helpful and spoke very good English. They were very pro-active and quick to respond to our queries and concerns. We want to thank Victoria (From Ukraine) she was very helpful and very intuitive and positive to help us when she could. Well done, Victoria!!! Victoria, I have attached photos of us, hope you like them. 5.We also met a lovely lady called Liza – Animation/Entertainment team, actually from my Wife’s home Country Belarus, she too was amazing and very helpful and always at hand to help us. Well done, Liza! I have attached photos of us, hope you like them. The hotel main pool area and the service we received there was very good, we were made welcomed and the best part was we did not even have to ask for a drink, they came to us which is a very nice experience, and our drinks were always refilled. Great service from the pool side barman, good job!! 6.Finally want to express our gratitude and thanks to “AHMAD YASSEIN” he really shone through, he was very receptive and always had a wonderful big smile, impeccably dressed in the Hotel uniform, and we could see he really loves his job. Every time we met him, he went out of his way to greet us, with a smile and we have become very good friends and hope one day he will come to us in London – United Kingdom. If you are a manager and reading this, you really should give AHMAD YASSEIN a pay rise and career advancement. This is the person ALL your staff should learn from; he has amazing Customer experience, and people like him that makes us want to come back time and time again to the Hotel and Egypt. I want to say, we love you and you are the best AHMAD, keep up the superb work your doing, and NEVER lose that...
