Hail to Chef Mohamed & his staff, an optimistic & needed addition to Dahab food Scene. Thai cuisine have a high demand in Dahab yet not enough places to serve it. The Menu is not big but dishes are well prepared. We ordered sea food salad to share and our taste buds was very satisfied. Good portion of shrimps within. For main courses, we opted for Pad-tai as their specialty (one vegetarian/ one with chicken / one with shrimps) , sweet&sour chicken with steamed rice and curry stir fried chicken. Then Fried Ice Cream & Fried Banana as a finale.
We were welcomed with the hot hand towels, a gesture only done in limited venues in general and crispy rice with a sort of sticky sweet/chilly dressing.
The chef complemented our group with a Freshly cut fruits platter. The staff are extremely welcoming and super nice and attentive.
I would rate the restaurant experience as 4 ⭐️ and the Food 3.5 ⭐️ which is a high rating compared to Dahab quality in general. The dessert is their weak point, needs some reform hopefully, but the food quality & quantity are really good and the noodles used is fresh and authentic (not pasta-like taste)
The place have an AC indoor area that is cozy, overlooking the glass kitchen where you can see all the cooking happening.
We will definitely comeback to Pattaya.
PS: we revisited this place 3 times already since the very...
Read moreThe beach is sandy , the area is very cozy and quiet , but the service is TERRIBLE No manners, no hospitality, they are seeing the guests just as money moving. It doesn't matter when you arrive or what you're going to do, you have to pay at least 400 EGP. I can't disagree with the minimum charge thing, but if I didn't stay for more than 30 mins, where there was no time to order something and had to go because of an emergency matter, it doesn't make any sense to insist on charging me the amount, regularly I'd pay double or triple if I'm having a normal day. But when you insist on charging me no matter what it means you're a greedy person, not a manager or an owner or even a wise person. Aside from that, the lovely waiter came to us pointing a water gun, asking to raise hands up. On a different day it might be acceptable, but on this day it was not as he was being sarcastic and saying that we're too high and he asked for a rolling paper, though in fact it was a long hard day. In conclusion, don't go there, there are a lot of places that provide the same service but it's all about human beings that are supposed to facilitate your stay, not...
Read moreThis place is awesome. The food is absolutely delicious and the service is immaculate. The waiter, owner, and chef were all so welcoming and kind. The atmosphere is really lovely and calm. Interior design is simple and easy in the eyes for anyone who struggles. They offer a warm wet towel with lemon to clean your hands and face before dining, I was served a sample of Spicy Crispy Rive beforehand as well, after eating I was served free Green Tea. They also have a good level of hygiene, everything is clean. Their bestseller is the Chicken Cashew, which is very much worth it, I ordered mine medium level spicy. They also have an open view kitchen if you'd like to view your food in making. Overall, wonderful.
PS. If your lucky, a cat might come accompany your stay. And no, she won't eat or...
