SharkBites — Restaurant in San Salvador

We order from a couple places at the food court of Mellenium Plaza, SharkBites was one. I visited one of their first locations (as far as I know) a while back and this time I was let down. We ordered a fair amount of food, but sadly it all tasted the same. Literally. The french fries had a fishy taste to them, at least on the ones which were not fully seasoned. On the other hand, it felt like the fish, shrimp, onion rings, etc were all thrown in the same fryer at the same time. The Shirley were over cooked, but the fish was cooked properly. The mango Sriracha drink was not my style, but it was for my wife and she did enjoy it. We were not sitting in the actual restaurant area, so it felt like the service was not 100% on point for everyone outside their area. There was one waitress who did help us out a bit more than the others did. The two plates we were given for us to use were dirty between the two dishes. Over all, feel like the food is what was the biggest let down, does have lots of room for improvement considering so much of it is fried and pretty...

Pésima atención al cliente, se tardaron 1 hora 30 minutos para servir una mini pizza en donde la persona cliente se quedo sin comer porque ya habíamos finalizado y debíamos retirarnos al trabajo, nosotros esperamos 1 hora 15 min y empezamos a comer, la pizza se solicito para llevar porque llegp cuando pedimos la cuenta, No ofrecieron descuento. ni ninguna gestión, no se disculparon a pesar de su mal servicio y el producto se cobro incluyendo la propina por el mal servicio.En mi opinion no saben administrarse ante la afluencia de gente y no saben nada del servicio al cliente ante esa gestión. El día que llegamos estaban grabando y ni siquiera pudimos entrar al restaurante, eran las 12 del medio día, la comida se tardó un poco, las pizzas son super super pequeñas de sabor estaba bien , pero lleva pocos ingredientes la mía era de camarones y llevaba un camaron por porción, (eran 4 porciones) y cuando terminamos de comer nos llegaban a quitar las cosas súper rápido, como que quisieran que nos fuéramos ya, porque estaba súper lleno.
