Let me start by saying that I'm a huge fan of the Bisrate Gabriel branch and it's one of my favorite places to dine with friends. This review, however, is about my experience at the Bole branch. The biggest issue, which unfortunately applies to both locations, is the lack of consistency. You just can't guarantee the same quality of food twice in a row. When they get it right, the food is absolutely incredible, but it's frustrating when you don't know if you'll get their best effort. Moreover, I wasn't happy with the service at the Bole branch. I'll admit we arrived at a very busy time, so some delay is to be expected, but it still fell short. For now, I think I'll be sticking to the Bisrate Gabriel branch. While the food can be a gamble at either location, I've found the waiters there to be consistently nicer, which makes a big difference.

Went with friends to try this place. Others raved about their lasagna so we had to try it. It was excellent. Enjoyed a side salad as well. The only thing that was lacking was the service. They brought all of the dishes we ordered very quickly except my wife's lasagna. She waited and waited. We were all finished and hers finally came. She said it was excellent as well. Traffic was bad so it took a long time to get there so I'm not sure if we'll come again.

I have been this place a couple of times. I had pizza, lasagna etc. it was so tasty. but this time I ordered chicken salad and it was awful. The dressing was not tasty. The chicken salad had a few slice of chicken. It wasn’t great at all. Ten service wasn’t what I had last time. BTW I had 3 different waiters. Which is fine and normal but I order chicken salad for the first waiter. The second waiter brought normal salad which I didn’t order. The third one keeps asking me whether I had normal salad or chicken salad. Overall my recent experience at Bella pasta and pizza was awful. P.S the ዳጣ was the best

Bella Pasta is my go-to spot during fasting season. Their combo meals never disappoint. This time, I had their Arabiatta sauce, tomato, and pesto options, all bursting with flavor. Though they've discontinued serving French fries on the side, the alternative of steamed veggies or salad still satisfies. I chose the steamed veggies, which were delightful. Top it off with their amazing service, and you have a truly satisfying dining experience.

Came here for a Monday night dinner after seeing people mention the lasagna. It was quite good, lots of beef and sauce and was baked on the dish itself. I'd say lasagna is good for 3 small asian women (me included) so I had the leftovers for take out. They also had the lasagna combo with salad and your choice of pasta. Ambience and vibe is nice, from the looks of it, it seems like a local favorite. Decent prices and good service as well!

Nice location, tasty foods and nice service. Especially, I love their lasagna. I have been at their three different branches. The waiters at the Jacros branch might insist you to order the cocktails. We even thought that they might get a commision for it. The men's toilet door can not be locked from inside because it has no lock. Updated Info: I have went yesterday (Feb, 17, 2023), they have already fixed the toilet door lock. 👍
