I regularly eat burgers in the states and all over the world and I have to say this was entirely a disappointment. The bun was gigantic and not proper for a burger, cheese was okay for Africa (can’t find the real stuff here) and the patty was dry and hard to chew. The fries were okay I doubt they used sunflower oil which is good. The restaurant looks decent on the inside, has potential in a good area but man I wish I didn’t order.

I’ve had the chance to enjoy their burgers regularly at Jackross, and now at their Bole location, I’m equally impressed. The customer service is outstanding, with friendly and welcoming staff. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Addis, the owner, she’s incredibly down-to-earth and an exceptional employer.

Nice place for hangouts and food. Lots of options for food and also beverages. The burgers though small in portion, tastes very good. The service isn't bad but could definitely be better in terms of speed. Cool spots for taking pic with ur friends and family. Worth a visit.
