Nice macchiato! The place was almost full. Service should be improved!

I went there for the second time, It was raining and I was sitting outside. After I have asked the waiter for my bill, he was dissapeared for more than 30 minutes, another waiter came and appologized by telling me my bill was late since the fiscal printer is not working. Then, he gave me the manual receipt.

The place is located at a nice location and near to Alem Cinema. Since It has many visitors on a daily basis, service should be improved ASAP. The servers and all other staffs should get customer handling trainings and it is better to have an attentive Supervisor for managing...

Delicious cakes - Fast and Great Options

I had a wonderful breakfast here. The English cake was delicious and my macchiato was super yummy made with amazing coffee. The staff was friendly, and I enjoyed being able to eat by the window while watching the beautiful Bole road. I enjoyed the coffee in their macchiato and bought 10 bags of coffee, thanks to their manager Teka for his recommendations and help. I highly recommend this place for anyone interested to enjoy Ethiopian coffee while taking a bite of freshly baked goods....

Service was good. Waiters tend to not notice you ONCE you make an order because they are busy during lunch time. But when you just enter the cafe, they are front and centre. The cafe is flexible, as in you can customise your order how you like. I had a chicken panini as dine in and strawberry smoothie as takeaway. Paid 610 Br as of this post. The panini has chicken strips, eggs and cheese. Served with baked potatoes wedges...
