Divine burger — Restaurant in Addis Ababa

Prime lunch time and there was not one customer. The waiter seemed surprised to see a customer at all when I walked in. The furniture was covered in dust. There was no music or "vibe" at all. It was dead. I ordered the double spicy burger and the waiter warned me it was very spicy. I don't care about service as long as they are not rude but when I say the waiter could not be bothered is an understatement. I saw two people leaving after waiting for their orders to be taken for 5 mins. The food arrived in 30 minutes or so and I was thinking okay this is going to be a nice hot properly cooked meal. The fries were raw. Cooked in old dirty oil. The meat was slimey and watery with zero flavor. The burger was tiny. And the spicy bit was just a slurry of green peppers that tasted like grass. I feel like I am definitely going to get sick after eating that. It doesn't look like any kind of health standards were followed preparing this bland overpriced undercooked garbage. I blame myself for not believing the countless negative reviews this place rightfully deserved. I will snitch to the AAFDA about this because this place doesn't deserve to be operational.
