As we are in Gena fasting period, many of Ethiopian have decided to fast. We prefer not to consume some particular foods including the traditional pizza, which contains ham and different varieties of meat and cheese.
Here is a fasting version of the traditional pizza which found in Karavan coffee. This cafe serves different delicious foods and drinks with good hospitality and service. Ingredients
450gr flour
1 yeast sachet
Tomato sauce
Greek virgin olive oil
1tsp sea salt .boild Brooklyn

Instructions
Start by heating some water. Put the yeast into water, until it is dissolved
Add some flour and mix for a while. Let it rest for almost 10 minutes
In a large bowl, add some flour and some sea salt. Afterwards pour them into the yeast mixture. Mix until, all ingredients are combined
Cover with a towel and let the dough rise
Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough in very thin sheets
Spread some Greek virgin olive oil in a baking tray
Cover the sheets of the dough with tomato sauce and add the ingredients you prefer
