Hanom Hotel — Hotel in Addis Ababa

I recently visited Addis Ababa and stayed at Hanom Hotel, and I’m very glad I chose this place. The prices are reasonable, and the hotel offers great value. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and come with a balcony, making my stay very comfortable. The location is fantastic—close to everything you might need in the city.

A major plus was the free breakfast, which was delicious and a thoughtful addition. The only drawback is the absence of a fridge in the rooms, but this is a minor issue compared to everything else the hotel provides.

The staff were amazing—friendly, polite, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Alex and Eyerusalem for their outstanding service and warm hospitality.

Incredible customer service

First and foremost, Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff 😀 Hanom Hotel is very clean and a great place to stay.... Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Meals are very good and delicious... Rooms are warm while outside is very cool. Well maintained, I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. I would probably choose HANOM hotel next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness were amazing, I totally satisfied about their excellent service. Rooms are nice and the bed is comfortable. TV channels were good variety, breakfast was tasty with great music, Very comfortable stay!

Beds are Dirty and Dusty. Leaking bathrooms and pathetic and Unempathic staff, talks in their local language and make Fun of Customers. They don't have a basic mosquito repellent or a mosquito net to provide to customer. Staying in this hotel can get u Infected with Malaria. Basic hygiene is also not followed. The Dirty flush water is dripping from washroom ceiling and u have to take shower every time u use the Loo. (Pics attached Room 402) Even the cheapest hotels keep a complimentary water bottle in the room. Inspite of asking from the receptionist she didn't gave me and responded to it and billed water and sent to my room.

If the Hotel Management is reading this YOUR EVENING Receptionist is somehow very rude AND ASK ME TO ADJUST .. !!
