The Breakfast Buffet was great value for money. An absolutely fantastic experience. Summerfield restaurant is located in the ubiquitous Sheraton Hotel Addis Ababa, considered the best hotel in Ethiopia and one of the best hotels in Africa. With such a reputation one had high expectations and Summerfields delivered. I would like to acknowledge the staff for their wonderful hospitality. I have a deep love for salmon, so I came here for some salmon sushi, and it was an absolutely delightful meal. Every dish resonated with my taste buds. On Thursday evenings, they host an Asian buffet featuring a variety of cuisines from Singapore, India, and China, and even some dishes I couldn't identify (why not Vietnamese food though, it's delicious!). The price is approximately 2500 Birr per person (excluding VAT and service charges), which I consider quite reasonable given the quality of the food and service.
