The Asian cuisine served here is truly exceptional and authentically prepared. A must-try is the catch of the day. During our visit, it was Snapper, beautifully fried to perfection and drizzled with a delectable Asian-style sweet chili sauce. It was so good, I'd give it six stars if I could!

The service at Wet Edge is equally impressive. Mita and Sava, in particular, were incredibly friendly and attentive, taking excellent care of us throughout our meals. This place is great if you have young children, as you won't need to entertain them for long before the food arrives. Food is tasty, but a bit overpriced for Melbourne standards, but not unexpected for any resort meal. It was still worth it.

Chef Jinpeng came out to greet us himself and he was lovely. We even received a complimentary fruit platter.

This restaurant is further from the main area of the resort, so a little bit quieter than other main restaurants, but no reservation was needed. A very relaxed, casual environment. And it is great for a post-meal stroll on a beautiful night.

Very very happy with the Wet Edge staff! I’ve just returned home to Australia after celebrating turn 50 in Fiji for the week and I can’t speak highly enough of the Wet Edge! The first day I arrived Litiana introduced herself to me, made me feel very welcome in her country with her warm caring personality. She spoilt myself and my family and made us feel very welcome and couldn’t do enough for us.. My family and I spent my Birthday dinner at the Wet Edge where Litiana and the staff looked after us so well, sang Happy Birthday and cared for us like family. I highly recommend going to the Wet Edge at the Sheraton Golf and Beach resort. I will definitely bring returning. A special shout out to Nimi the bartender as well. Nicest...
