The phở bò I got was delicious (or phởlicious), despite of being served at the evening of the second and quite crowded opening day of the shopping mall. I dearly miss the generous platefuls of fresh lime halves, bean sprouts, and herbs (e.g., basil and culantro), though, that are served along a bowl of phở as granted in practically every restaurant I have visited in Hồ Chí Minh City (Sài Gòn).
The actual restaurant is tiny and has only few tables, so it might be impossible to find a seat inside it. Even the larger dining area of the food court may be crowded, and the waitstaff may have difficulties in finding customers waiting for their dishes. The small number tags with faded numbers do not help much in spotting their associated customers...
