Ônam Tripla — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

The phở bò I got was delicious (or phởlicious), despite of being served at the evening of the second and quite crowded opening day of the shopping mall. I dearly miss the generous platefuls of fresh lime halves, bean sprouts, and herbs (e.g., basil and culantro), though, that are served along a bowl of phở as granted in practically every restaurant I have visited in Hồ Chí Minh City (Sài Gòn).

The actual restaurant is tiny and has only few tables, so it might be impossible to find a seat inside it. Even the larger dining area of the food court may be crowded, and the waitstaff may have difficulties in finding customers waiting for their dishes. The small number tags with faded numbers do not help much in spotting their associated customers...

This little restaurant has delicious food and good service. The food arrived quickly and I had to wait a while for it to cool down as it was steaming. The drinks were refillable and only 2,5e with the food. The place isn't big and can seat maybe about 12 people within the restaurant itself. The outside seats may be available for a more spacious dining event during rush hour, I'm not sure. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this place for...

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. Not only was the meatball missing from my spicy noodle soup, but the rice noodle portion was small and tasted overcooked. The lack of communication about the missing ingredient is frustrating. They didn’t tell about the missing meatball when I ordered, and didn’t apologise when I found out and asked about it. I do not recommend this place at all due to the poor service and quality...
