Pancho Villa — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

The food was exquisite. Expensive. The wait was attractions. We were denied entry at the door and told that only possible way was to receive food on the outside of the restaurant which is a large hallway. We were "allowed" to purchase food with the cashier who was super polite and helpful. Rest of the staff were unbearably rude especially the man at the door. It took 40 minutes to make two burgers. When we received our burgers I got lip from the same rude man waitresses that he didn't know we were allowed to dine inside and didn't like serving us because we were not on the floor outside of the restaurant. Almost the entirety of the restaurant was empty and we were not allowed to dine inside? The helpful and polite cashier woman checked the list and gave us a table. She was the utmost polite person there. The most disrespectful man waiter that I've come across. I over heard him shout at the polite female worker that she wasn't supposed to let us dine in just out of principle. Will not visit this establishment again....

We got a dinner in a Tripla day. It was Friday's evening and quite crowded here, so we got a notice that food could take 30 mins to wait. Then it's ok.

We got Loaded Mexican Nachos as a starter while waiting for the main course. I think it's quite big for one person, but good enough for two people. Then I got a Superior Amigo with double patties, bacon was also inside the burger. The pastry was soft, burger was hot, and the cheese was like melting when I cut the burger. Meet was not juicy, the flavor was quite interesting when I combined everything in my mouth. Dip was also interesting, the taste was good and a little sweet. Fries here was perfect, good taste, hot at the beginning and not getting soft at the end. The lemonade was ok, it likes a real lemonade, fresh lime with soda.

I visited for a quick bite on Valentine's Day. The place was packed, and after placing our order, we overheard from another conversation that the waiting time would exceed 45 minutes. So, we waited, observing other customers and multiple Wolt couriers receiving their food while we were left starving.

It took a little over an hour before we received our minute steaks with fries, which were bland and almost tasteless. Although I did not expect a culinary explosion, this meal served merely as fuel.

Kudos to the waiter who offered a discount on our bill due to the long wait. He truly tried his best, even helping with cooking in the kitchen.
