Adžika Georgian Street Kitchen — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

Great food but misleading marketing and unwelcoming service. The lunch menu has two options: a Georgian platter (meat/chicken/vegetarian) or hatšapuri with salad for 13,50€. Below they advertise late lunch for 10€ at 14-16. You would think that the offer covers the same options, but no. The staff made no effort to clarify what late lunch actually means, and only when paying did we find out that the hatšapuri + salad combination was still 13,50€, not 10€. What a disappointment, having planned our lunch and taken the extra time to make our way all the way to Hakaniemi just for the attractive offer. The food was very good, though. I did not try georgian food before so I cannot tell, if it was real georgian food, but the food in general (we had Hatsapurit) was very nice, one with cheese and the other one with eggplant. Unfortunately the menu was only in finnish, so we had to translate it, but that was okay. Service was nice & the food came fast. It was alot of dough but as I said: never tried georgian food before....

After living in Georgia for many years, loving the country, and appreciating its cuisine and way of life, this is clearly not Georgian food at all. It's flavorless fast food, a change from the usual burger and fries. There are much better Georgian restaurants in Helsinki to try and validate this...
