The service was pathetic. The first restaurant I've been to where the waiter dares to shout at the customer, even though the reason is the employee's own lack of professionalism and lame Finnish language skills. The staff does not speak Finnish or English. There are also no instructions in the preparation of the food, even though the offer mainly consists of seafood and raw meat. So if you haven't been to this type of restaurant before, I can't recommend this restaurant, because you have to survive on your own due to the lack of language and professional skills of the staff.

I recommend hiring more professional staff, and not immature and uneducated people, like the waiter man with glasses , if your priority is the success of the restaurant in an area like Helsinki, because mediocre and similar Asian restaurants have quite a lot of competition.

The advertising was false and the buffet offering was lame. Especially the more expensive ingredients, such as sashimi, were missing and most of the meat was pork and the restaurant's chicken from Thailand. The restaurant's advertising is therefore false and aims to offer the cheapest possible food items, such as frozen meat, in order to reduce its costs. Many Finns who have never eaten Korean BBQ or hotpot before probably do not know how bad the restaurant in question is compared to its competitors due to the lack of a comparison surface. It's obvious that the restaurant takes advantage of this.

The customer is not instructed in that restaurant, so if you are a first-timer at a hotpot / BBQ restaurant, based on my own experience, I recommend, for example, the Triplan Brokadi restaurant, where the customer is given instructions for preparing the food and the cooking times.

The food was no different from other Asian restaurants I've been to, so I don't recommend visiting that restaurant for the food itself. Instead, I recommend visiting, for example, KB kimchi BBQ or Brokadi Tripla. Both restaurants have a smarter price-quality ratio and a hotpot/BBQ buffet, the service also corresponds to the price...

Brand new sushi buffet restaurant in Helsinki. The restaurant offers a wide range of food selections. There are salad, warm Chinese food, deep fried Chinese food, sushi and sashimi, noodles soup section and the Teppanyaki. In the evening and weekend, there's hotpot and BBQ serve at the table, you need to reserve a table if you want to enjoy the BBQ and hotpot. Impressive food selections so far, hopefully the quality will stay the same.

Updated review: My friend and I visited the restaurant on July 2024 with her daughter. We paid for everyone including the kid. After a while, staff came and asked if we had paid for the kid. We explained to him that we paid for everyone and he's not the one who charged us at the cashier. It's unprofessional to approach the situation this way. If the restaurant has many cashiers, they should consult the staffs before approaching the customer. Minus point is the staff who asked us communicate poorly in both English and Finnish 😔 I hope the customer service should be improved in the future. Otherwise, nothing to complain. We visited this restaurant on a public holiday. Before going, we checked Google Maps and it clearly stated they would be open until 10 PM, with special holiday hours listed — so we arrived at 7:30 PM expecting to have plenty of time. However, at 8:35 PM, a staff member announced the restaurant would close in 5 minutes. We thought that meant the kitchen was closing, but when I got up to get more food, the buffet had already been cleared.

Staff hovered around our table, constantly clearing plates while we were still eating, creating pressure to leave early. At 8:57 PM, a waiter stood waiting for my glass while my fr was still drinking. No one smiled, said hello, or thanked us. The service felt cold and rude, especially from the man at the cashier.

The sashimi wasn’t fresh, the hot food wasn’t hot, and for €20.90, this level of service is unacceptable. We weren’t the only ones treated this way — another group also left frustrated after just one plate. I have never felt so unwelcome in a buffet. I won’t be returning. Not even...
