The service was pathetic. The first restaurant I've been to where the waiter dares to shout at the customer, even though the reason is the employee's own lack of professionalism and lame Finnish language skills. The staff does not speak Finnish or English. There are also no instructions in the preparation of the food, even though the offer mainly consists of seafood and raw meat. So if you haven't been to this type of restaurant before, I can't recommend this restaurant, because you have to survive on your own due to the lack of language and professional skills of the staff.
I recommend hiring more professional staff, and not immature and uneducated people, like the waiter man with glasses , if your priority is the success of the restaurant in an area like Helsinki, because mediocre and similar Asian restaurants have quite a lot of competition.
The advertising was false and the buffet offering was lame. Especially the more expensive ingredients, such as sashimi, were missing and most of the meat was pork and the restaurant's chicken from Thailand. The restaurant's advertising is therefore false and aims to offer the cheapest possible food items, such as frozen meat, in order to reduce its costs. Many Finns who have never eaten Korean BBQ or hotpot before probably do not know how bad the restaurant in question is compared to its competitors due to the lack of a comparison surface. It's obvious that the restaurant takes advantage of this.
The customer is not instructed in that restaurant, so if you are a first-timer at a hotpot / BBQ restaurant, based on my own experience, I recommend, for example, the Triplan Brokadi restaurant, where the customer is given instructions for preparing the food and the cooking times.
The food was no different from other Asian restaurants I've been to, so I don't recommend visiting that restaurant for the food itself. We explained to him that we paid for everyone and he's not the one who charged us at the cashier. It's unprofessional to approach the situation this way.
